The objective lens unit is configured to allow visible light reflected by the measured object to pass therethrough, includes an objective lens and a focusing lens and has a length defined by the objective lens and the focusing lens. The image sensing device is configured to receive the visible light passing through the objective lens and generate an image signal. The length is constant when the objective lens unit is moved with respect to the image sensing device for focusing operation.

    Abstract: Method and server are disclosed for positioning user equipment (UE). According to an embodiment, positioning-related information is collected for each of a plurality of UEs from at least one network node for at least a first duration of time. For each UE, matching positioning-related information is determined that is matched with the UE's registration address related information, wherein the plurality of UEs' registration addresses are obtained from a network provider. A reference database is created which contains, for each UE, a reference point comprising the UE's identification (ID), registration address related information and matching positioning-related information. In response to a positioning request, a UE's current positioning-related information is acquired from a network node. The UE is positioned based on its current positioning-related information and the reference database.

    Abstract: A payment processing system continuously processes transactions. Upon arrival, in real-time, a transaction is parsed and each entity is used to retrieve other previous transactions associated with that entity in order to build a link analysis web. Iteratively, each entity in the retrieved transactions is used to retrieve other associated transactions, etc. Before retrieval of associated transactions, each entity is checked whether it appears in a bypass table. If so, that entity is not used to retrieve transactions. Once built, transactions and entities within the link analysis web are analyzed to determine whether the current transaction is fraudulent. Off-line or online, risk metrics such as address mismatch rate, bank decline rate, ticket decline rate and new payment device rate, along with the proportion of a linked entity is used to determine whether that linked entity is erroneous and should be placed into the bypass table and excluded from the web.

    Abstract: The invention provides a binding-induced DNA nanomachine that can be activated by proteins and nucleic acids. This new type of nanomachine hamesses specific target binding to trigger assembly of separate DNA components that are otherwise unable to spontaneously assemble. Three-dimensional DNA tracks of high density are constructed on gold nanoparticles functionalized with hundreds of single-stranded oligonucleotides and tens of an affinity ligand. A DNA swing arm, free in solution, can be linked to a second affinity ligand. Binding of a target molecule to the two ligands brings the swing arm to AuNP and initiates autonomous, stepwise movement of the swing arm around the AuNP surface. The movement of the swing arm generates hundreds of oligonucleotides in response to a single binding event. The new nanomachines have several unique and advantageous features over DNA nanomachines that rely on DNA self-assembly.
