Abstract: The controller sets control information in a switch over a control channel to control the switch. The switch includes a packet processing unit that processes a packet received based on control information as set from the controller, and a Layer-2 forwarding unit that learns an input port of a control packet between the controller and a neighboring switch or switches and that forwards the control packet on the basis of learned results. The switch also includes an alternative control channel construction unit that, on detecting a disconnection of the control channel, sends a packet requesting a resolution of a Layer-2 address of the controller to the neighboring switch or switches. The alternative control channel construction unit acquires the Layer-2 address from the controller via the neighboring switch or switches and transmits the control packet to the controller using the Layer-2 address acquired to construct a second control channel between the switch and the controller.

The message notification method includes: receiving a message by an electronic device; detecting whether a screen of the electronic device is in an unobservable state when the message is received, the unobservable state indicating that the screen of the electronic device is downward or covered; and controlling a message notification assembly configured at a non-screen side of the electronic device to generate a visual prompt if the screen of the electronic device is in the unobservable state. Thus, the user can be notified to read or answer the received messages even if the electronic device is in the silent mode and the screen is in the unobservable state.

Abstract: A method for detecting hydroxymethylation modification in nucleic acid comprises: glycosylating the nucleic acid, digesting with MspI, ligating the digested fragments to a biotin-labeled linker at both ends thereof, digesting with NlaIII; capturing the digested fragments using streptavidin magnetic beads to produce fragments having the biotin-labeled linker at one end and a CATG 4-base sticky end at the other end, wherein these fragments reveal modification information of their adjacent CCGG sites; ligating the CATG sticky end to a linker containing a recognition site of MmeI or Ecop15I, digesting with corresponding restriction endonuclease to produce short sequence fragments that can reveal modification information of their adjacent CCGG sites; and performing a tag number comparison to obtain information about methylation and hydroxymethylation modification relative levels. A use of the method is also provided.

Abstract: A method for making a lithium iron phosphate suitable for use as a cathode active material comprises providing a lithium ion source solution and an iron phosphate, the lithium ion source solution comprising an organic solvent and a lithium chemical compound dissolved in the organic solvent. The lithium ion source solution and the iron phosphate are mixed and the mixture heated at a first temperature under a normal pressure to form a precursor solution, the first temperature being in a range from about 40° C. to about 90° C. Abstract: A member-oriented hybrid cloud operating system architecture and a communication method thereof are provided. A hybrid architecture is established based on layer, object and message models, and a member-oriented idea is applied to manage constituent members and a processing environment thereof. On this basis, high-efficient routing, read-write separation and load balancing are performed on a member processing cluster, satisfying the requirements of being open and compatible, loosely coupled and extensible of a cloud operating system, and solving the self-management problem, the horizontal scaling problem of members and the high-availability problem of stateful members of the existing cloud operating system.
