    Abstract: A computing device for verifying data integrity is provided, comprising a memory controller configured to receive a plurality of original data blocks. Each original data block has an associated initial CRC value. The memory controller then segments and recombines the received data blocks into logic blocks, and calculates a new logic block CRC value for each logic block. The logic blocks are transmitted with their respective new logic block CRC values to a storage device, and the logic blocks are written to non-volatile memory of the storage device in a write operation. After the write operation, a combined CRC value is calculated for the logic blocks and a combined CRC value for the original data blocks, and compare the combined CRC values. The memory controller determines whether the combined CRC values match. When they match, the memory controller generates a verification response verifying the integrity of the write operation.

    Abstract: A computing system for verifying data integrity is provided, including a host device comprising a memory controller, and a storage device. The memory controller receives original data blocks, each having an associated initial CRC value. The memory controller then segments and recombines the data blocks into logic blocks. The storage device is configured to write the logic blocks to its non-volatile memory of the storage device in the write operation, calculate a new logic block (LB) CRC value for each logic block, and calculate a combined LB CRC value. After the write operation, the memory controller combines duplicated copies of a given CRC value for each of the original data blocks, then combines them together to calculate a combined segments CRC value, and compares the combined segments CRC value to the combined LB CRC value. When the combined CRC values match, a verification response is generated verifying data integrity.

If twice the single-cell or single-panel RLT is greater than the split-cell or multi-panel RLT, the split-cell or multi-panel backtracking angle is used; otherwise, the single-cell or single-panel backtracking angle is used.

    Abstract: An application of a prokaryotic Argonaute protein with only a cleavage activity of a target ribonucleic acid (RNA) in RNA editing is provided. The Argonaute protein is derived from a mesophilic prokaryotes Verrucomimicrobia bacterium, and its amino acid sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 or a protein with high similarity to SEQ ID NO: 1 and the same function. This protein has binding activity to a single-stranded guide DNA and nuclease activity only to the target RNA complementarily paired with the single-stranded guide DNA. Therefore, the protein can be utilized for in vitro and in vivo targeted RNA editing, providing a new powerful tool for RNA editing.

    Abstract: An oligosaccharide vaccine for specific prevention of fungal infections and a method for preparing the same are provided. The vaccine is formed by conjugating a sulfhydrylated protein with oligosaccharide. The sulfhydrylated protein is formed by introducing a sulfhydryl group (—SH) to a carrier protein containing a primary amino group (—NH2), and then is conjugated with the oligosaccharide to form the oligosaccharide vaccine under the binding action of a bridging agent. The carrier protein is a non-humanized protein, and the oligosaccharide is a chitosan oligosaccharide mixture and/or chitin oligosaccharide mixture. The vaccine has strong immunogenicity, can activate Th17 cell immunity, and can recognize and protect infections caused by fungi.
