    Abstract: The disclosure discloses an apparatus and a method for microbial cell counting, and belongs to the field of cell counting. In the present application, by converting a traditional automated intermittent counting process into a continuous counting process, the cell sap fixed in a blood cell plate in a traditional counter becomes the cell sap flowing in a microchannel, so as to prolong the cell detection time and distance. The size of the microchannel is slightly greater than the diameter of microbial cells, so as to ensure that the cells flow through the cross section of the microchannel one by one. At the same time, since the diameter of the counterbores communicated by the microchannel is slightly greater than the width of the microchannel, the flow rate of the cell sap slows down when the cell sap flows to the counterbores.

    Abstract: A method for anti-counterfeit inspection of a QR code of an agricultural product based on a watermark library. The method includes step 1. establishing a watermark-containing QR code library; step 2. tracing a QR code watermark image; and step 3. verifying the QR code watermark image. Watermark-containing QR codes are generated by a QR code generation module and a watermark library, and the watermark-containing QR codes are constructed as the watermark-containing QR code library. The watermark-containing QR code library is used to verify the QR code watermark image, and the QR code watermark image is obtained by tracing the watermark-containing QR codes. In the method for anti-counterfeit inspection of a QR code of an agricultural product based on a watermark library, an image watermark library is designed, so that the embedding of a watermark is no longer single.

The detected locations of the fiducials in the captured images is used to determine the boundary locations of the first and second SL patterns. Depth information of the local area is generated based upon the determined locations of the first and second SL patterns.

    Abstract: In an AC-DC converter having a primary side control circuit, auxiliary power for the control circuit is derived from the converter secondary side through an isolated DC-DC converter. The circuits and methods solve the problem of supplying primary side auxiliary power during light load or no load operation of the AC-DC power converter. Since the output voltage of the AC-DC converter is normally regulated at a fixed level, the auxiliary voltage that is generated by the isolated DC converter is regulated. In some cases the isolated DC-DC converter may not need to be regulated, which simplifies the design and reduces overall cost.
