    Abstract: A memory module, an electronic device, and a signal transmission method are provided. The memory module is a dual in-line memory module. A foolproof bayonet and a locking bayonet are disposed on a circuit board of the memory module, and a plurality of memory chips are separately disposed on board surfaces on two sides of the circuit board. The plurality of memory chips are connected to a processing chip through a parallel bus, and the processing chip is connected to a gold finger interface through a serial bus. Through this arrangement, the memory module can implement a serial interconnection relationship by using a connector, so that a data transmission rate can be reliably improved, crosstalk and simultaneous switching noise that are generated because high-speed transmission is performed based on the parallel bus can be avoided, and SI can be effectively improved.

The comprehensive analysis of the activation effect of SRT2104 on silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1) in the airway epithelium under asthma conditions and its alleviation effect on asthma airway inflammation is conducted. It is demonstrated that SRT2104 can be activated in the airway epithelium under asthma condition and effectively control asthma airway inflammation. A foundation is laid for the discovery of clinical drug targets and the development of drugs for the treatment of bronchial asthma.

Carbon atoms in the nano silicon-based composite material are uniformly embedded and distributed in an atomic scale, and the carbon atoms and silicon atoms are combined to form amorphous Si—C bonds. Nitrogen atoms and the silicon atoms are combined to form amorphous Si—N bonds. Boron doping and/or phosphor doping forms defects in silicon crystals in the nano silicon-based composite material. The carbon shell coats the outer layer of the carbon matrix on which the nano silicon-based composite material is deposited.
