    Abstract: Mbp_Argonaute proteins from prokaryotes and application thereof are provided. The Mbp_Argonaute protein consists of an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 or a sequence with at least 50% or at least 80% of homology with the amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. An Argonaute protein gene derived from a cold-resistant prokaryote Mucilaginibacter paaluis is synthesized and named as MbpAgo, which has binding activity to single-stranded guide DNA and has nuclease activity to target RNA and/or target DNA complementarily paired with the single-stranded guide DNA, the MbpAgo can be used for the target RNA editing in vivo and in vitro to achieve site-specific modification of genetic material. The MbpAgo can modify highly-structured RNAs and not affect an endogenous RNAi pathway of animal and plant cells, provides a new and powerful tool for RNA editing with high cleavage activity and good specificity.

Using the technical solution of the present disclosure, changes in the I/O write numbers over time can be presented to a user in a chronological, intuitive, and easily recognizable manner, so that the user can easily find a changing law of the I/O write numbers over time, and can further select data protection forms and schedules to be adopted, thereby improving user experience of the user with needs for data analysis and data protection.

    Abstract: A method of automatic identification of PCIe configuration of a server and preventing operation if each slimline connector connected with a PCIe device is found connected to an incorrect slot of a mother board utilizes a combination of first and second signals of two null interfaces of the first connector as that ID signal and a combination of third and fourth signals of the two interfaces of a second connector as that ID signal. The CPLD receiving the ID signals detects whether the first and second slimline connectors are in their specified and correct slots. Powering on of computer is not permitted if incorrect connection is found, and a warning prompt is generated. A PCIe channel width for each slimline is automatically configured if no incorrect connection is found. A server applying the method is also disclosed.
