Multiple openings are provided in each of the first punches and second punches along a circumferential direction of the rotor. The openings divide the first punches and the second punches into a rotor yoke and multiple pole caps. The pole caps are arranged around the outer circumference of the rotor yoke. The openings extend in an axial direction of the rotor core to form a plurality of slots. Multiple magnets are arranged in the slots in a one-to-one correspondence. Each first punch includes one or more connecting ribs. Each connecting rib is disposed between adjacent two pole caps. At least two of the openings of each second punch communicate with each other.

The disclosure adopts lactase for highly specific catalytic hydrolysis of stevioside to convert stevioside into rubusoside which usually can only be obtained from leaves of Rubus suavissimus S. Lee; and meanwhile, after stevioside in the mother liquor glycosides is converted, since the polarity difference between rubusoside and rebaudioside A is far larger than the polarity difference between stevioside and rebaudioside A, rebaudioside A is more easily separated out of the mother liquor glycosides. A technology provided by the disclosure is also applicable to value increment of mixed steviol glycosides containing stevioside and is beneficial for separating out rebaudioside A from the mixed steviol glycosides.

The C. globosum strain under the deposit designation of 12XP1-2-3 is deposited at China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on Jan. 23, 2019 with an accession number of CGMCC No. 17183. Field experiments conclude that coating of wheat seeds with Chaetomium globosum strain 12XP1-2-3 can reduce diseased stem rate, disease rating, and disease index by 19.0%-41.3%, 43.7%, and 4.7%-45.4%, respectively.
