    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing an environmentally-friendly high-strength wood composite material, which includes the following steps: S1. pulverizing wood into a wood flour, adding the wood flour to an acid solution to obtain a first mixture, ball milling the first mixture to obtain a ball milled mixture, and filtering the ball milled mixture, to obtain a dually-treated wood flour; S2. adding the dually-treated wood flour to a first alkaline solution, and performing a neutralization reaction, to obtain a second mixture; S3. adding an alkaline solution to the second mixture to remove part of lignin, to obtain a lignin-partially removed wood flour; S4. washing the lignin-partially removed wood flour with anhydrous ethanol and drying, to obtain a dried lignin-partially removed wood flour; S5. subjecting the dried lignin-partially removed wood flour to hot pressing, followed by cooling, to obtain the environmentally-friendly high-strength wood composite material.

The processor estimates parameters based on the estimated pattern of the flow, and determines a plurality of dimensionless parameters including a first dimensionless parameter corresponding to an effect of turbulence on the flow and a second dimensionless parameter corresponding to an effect of gravity on the flow, based on the estimated parameters. The processor characterizes the pattern of the flow as the stationary bed flow, the dispersed flow, or the transitional flow, based on the dimensionless parameters, and models the flow based on the estimated pattern if it is determined that the characterized pattern matches the estimated pattern.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a device and method for diagnosing risk of insufficient hole cleaning problem during drilling wells. The method includes obtaining the measured pressure via several measuring points, and obtaining actually measured value of each measuring point; calculate the theoretical pressure at each measuring points by using the real-time operational data as inputs, evaluating a hole cleaning condition by applying a difference between a theoretical pressure drop and a measured pressure drop to a developed pressure driven hole cleaning model, which gives the risk of insufficient hole cleaning problems and problematic locations. The theoretical pressure drop between two adjacent measurement points along wellbore includes the pressure drop caused by friction effect and hydrostatic effect. However, suspended cuttings in actual drilling fluid may significantly change the pressure drop along wellbore.
