Abstract: A carton including a back panel and a bottom panel is provided. The back panel is foldably connected along a first fold line to a first accordion panel and a second accordion panel is foldably connected along a second fold line to the first accordion panel. The back panel, the first accordion panel, and the second accordion panel are movable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the first accordion panel and the second accordion panel are substantially parallel to the back panel and are substantially perpendicular to the bottom panel. In the second position, the back panel moves toward the bottom panel, the second accordion panel is substantially parallel the bottom panel, and the first accordion panel is disposed diagonally between the second fold line and the back panel. Articles in the carton thus can be slanted toward the back panel in the second position.

Abstract: Several embodiments of cartons are provided. In one embodiment, a blank forms a carton with a substantially continuous ledge along the exterior rim of the carton. In other embodiments, a blank forms a carton with two adjacent compartments that are coverable with a hinged, attached lid. The lid is separable from the lower compartment portion of the carton by detachment along a tear strip. In still other embodiments, the blank forms two adjacent compartments that are not covered by an attached lid. The orientation of at least some of the carton embodiments allow orientation of the carton formed in a number of configurations, such as resting on a side panel.

Abstract: Cartons with pour spouts for dispensing materials such as granular or pelletal materials are disclosed. A carton according to the disclosure is easily converted from a closed configuration for storing materials to an open configuration in which a spout is formed for pouring materials from the carton. The carton can also be easily and securely reclosed after being used in the open configuration. When the carton is in a closed configuration, a top panel can be formed from overlapping side top flaps. A front top end flap or panel can be folded under the side top flaps. The front top end flap or panel and portions of the side top flaps can be unfolded to form a spout and thereby place the carton in an open configuration. The spout and the side top flaps can be folded into closed positions after opening the carton in order to place the carton in a reclosed configuration.

Abstract: A multi-tier display rack is formed from a flat blank of sheet material. The sheet material includes four panels which create front, rear and opposed side walls of the display rack. In a preferred embodiment, one panel includes sections which are partially punched out to form shelves of the display rack. Each shelf includes a slot therethrough. Another panel includes locking tabs which are partially punched out and pushed through the slots to lock the shelves in place.
