Abstract: An image segmentation method, apparatus, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: selecting a current image frame in a video according to a time sequence of the video; determining a reference image frame before the current image frame in the time sequence; obtaining first location information of a target object key point in the reference image frame; performing an affine transformation on the current image frame with reference to an affine transformation relationship between the first location information and a target object key point template to obtain a target object diagram; performing a key point detection on the target object diagram to obtain second location information of the target object key point; segmenting a target object from the target object diagram to obtain segmentation information; and obtaining the target object from the current image frame according to the segmentation information and the second location information.

Abstract: Methods are disclosed of designing antibodies for a sandwich assay for a small molecule having a molecular weight of about 500 to about 2,000. The method comprises preparing a first antibody that binds to the small molecule, and preparing a second antibody that binds to the small molecule at a portion of the small molecule other than a portion to which the first antibody binds. The second antibody is prepared from an immunogen that comprises a predetermined portion of the small molecule. The antibodies may be employed in sandwich assays for the small molecule.

Abstract: The present application relates to rolled good feeding device and method. Material feeding devices and methods are provided for conveying material from material rolls. The material roll may be adjusted in the longitudinal direction during the feeding process by a rectifying frame to aid in maintaining alignment during the unrolling. Tension of the unrolled material may be monitored and unrolling speeds of the feeding device can be adjusted to maintain tension of the material within a range for that material. Aspects also contemplate elements to feed multiple rolled materials simultaneously for subsequent processing in combination as layered materials.

At least the bottom portion of the lower portion of each blade which attached to the shaft gradually bends along a rotation direction of the impeller, and a ratio of a height of the lower portion of each blade to a height of the upper portion is between 1 and 5. The impeller can be allowed to draw water at a low water level, foam formed by washing liquid or food debris on the surface of water can be less likely to get into the impeller to influence the drawing of water, a sufficient amount of water can be drawn from the water inlets.
