Abstract: A process for producing methanol from an adjusted make-up gas comprising the steps of adjusting the stoichiometric number of the make-up gas fed to the methanol loop with a first stream of hydrogen recovered from a minor portion of makeup gas separated from the main stream, and a second stream of hydrogen recovered from the loop purge; the process further comprises the step of feeding at least a portion of a tail gas rich in methane to a reforming stage for use as a feedstock to produce the make-up gas.

Abstract: A syringe (1) comprises a barrel (2) for containing a substance to be injected, a needle carrier (12) for carrying a needle (10), and a plunger (3) which is adapted to be movable in the barrel 2 to expel the substance to be injected from the needle (10). The plunger (3) has a first part (3a), a second part (3b) and a resilient member (6) therebetween, the first (3a) and second (3b) parts being adapted to be releasably locked together to hold the resilient member (6) in a compressed state. In use, the first part 3a of the plunger (3) and the needle carrier (12) are adapted to engage one another following expulsion of the substance, and the second part (3b) of the plunger (3) is adapted to be unlocked from the first part (3a) following said engagement, allowing the resilient member (6) to expand to propel the needle carrier (12) into the barrel (2).

Abstract: The invention is a new kitchen oven with door (P) equipped with a push closing and release device (B1, B2), in such a way as to allow the user to open and close said door by simply pushing it. The closing and release device is provided with a coupling element (B1) and a coupling and uncoupling mechanism (B2) suited to house and hold said coupling element when the door is first pressed or pushed and to free and expel said coupling element when it is pressed again, thus opening the door itself.
