A lower portion of the body includes a first internal cavity, and a head of the body includes a second internal cavity. The tip includes an upper part ending in at least one vertex and a lower part, the upper and lower parts being joined at their bases. The lower part of the tip is received in the second internal cavity. A portion of the head may be crimped around the tip to hold the tip inside the second internal cavity of the body. An outer hoop may be formed on the tip, and the portion of the head that is crimped may be crimped above the hoop to securely hold the tip in the body.
