  • Publication number: 20110126828
Abstract: This invention relates to a personal air purifier having a housing with a filtering-and-purifying unit, a fan and an air-velocity-controlling unit therein. Under the control of the air-velocity-controlling unit, the fan can draw air through an air inlet into the housing and supply it via the filtering-and-purifying unit and a vent hole to the user, with comfortable air pressure and the filtering-and-purifying unit can purify most of the harmful substances from the air, making the air well purified. The vent hole is formed in the housing and connected with a duct that is extending to the user's nostril to supply the well purified air to the user. The personal air purifier is able to be carried on the shoulder or belt of the user anywhere, and is able to be activated by the solar energy when it is used outdoors.

  • Publication number: 20110113963
Abstract: A high-performance labyrinth type air treatment apparatus includes a positively (negatively) charged dust collector mounted in an air passage inside a shell, the positively (negatively) charged dust collector having positively (negatively) charged dust collecting panels arranged in such a manner that a labyrinth-like detoured air path is defined through the positively (negatively) charged dust collector, an air ionization control means having discharge/emitting terminals arranged in the labyrinth-like detoured air path, and an electric fan for causing flowing of air through the positively (negatively) charged dust collector so that negatively (positively) charged heteroparticles carried in currents of air flowing through the labyrinth-like detoured air path are forced, to strike repeatly against the positively (negatively) charged dust collecting panels and then effectively adhered to the positively (negatively) charged dust collecting panels, achieving extremely high air purification.

  • Publication number: 20110100221
Abstract: An air purifier includes a vertically disposed housing provided with a wire gauze filter, electric fans and air filter elements. The electric fans draw outside air around the floor vertically into the bottom air intake port toward the top air output port of the housing so that the flow of air, when passed out of the air output port, flows upwards to a certain elevation and is then diffused and lowered in all directions around the housing. By means of the traction of the flow of air, the pressure difference of the convection of air between the low air pressure and the high air pressure at the bottom and top sides of the housing, high concentration of car waste gas, micro dust particles, hair dust, micro fibers and other harmful industrial odors that fall to the floor due to the effect of gravity or floating nearly above the floor are sucked into the inside of the housing by the low air pressure zone at the open bottom side of the housing and then removed by the filter elements.

  • Publication number: 20100104925
Abstract: An electrode structure of a fuel cell for power generation comprises an anodic structure, a cathodic structure, and an ionic exchange membrane disposed between the anodic and cathodic structures. The anodic and cathodic structures respectively are formed by multi-layer structures, to reduce the fuel crossover from the anodic structure to the cathodic structure, to reduce the catalysts applied amount, and to increase an output electrical energy of the fuel cell. The multi-layer structure of the anodic structure comprises a thin platinum alloy black layer, a Pt alloy layer disposed on the carbon material, and a substrate.

  • Patent number: 7622210
Abstract: A fuel supplying apparatus is proposed, having a fuel and a polymer to control rate of fuel release. When the fuel supplying apparatus is applied in a fuel cell, the rate of fuel release is controlled using the polymer to maintain fuel concentration in the fuel tank of the fuel cell within a certain range without additionally installing devices and tubes for controlling fuel concentration. Thus, operation efficiency of the fuel cell is improved.
