  • Patent number: 11716044
Abstract: A power conversion device includes an inverter, a current detector, a frequency analysis processor, a storage, a determination unit, a reference rotational rate change unit, and a rate controller. The determination unit determines a frequency at which a signal component having a magnitude exceeding a prescribed value has been detected among frequency components of a load current, generates restriction information for excluding a reference rotational rate for a rotational rate corresponding to the detected frequency based on a determination result after the determination, and causes the storage to store the generated restriction information. The reference rotational rate change unit changes a reference rotational rate of an electric motor so that mechanical resonance of the detected frequency is avoided based on the stored restriction information. The rate controller controls a rotational rate of the inverter using the changed reference rotational rate.

  • Publication number: 20230208275
Abstract: A semiconductor switch drive device (3) includes a drive unit (10), a power supply unit (20), a switch (39), and a control unit (50). The drive unit (10) supplies a control signal to a semiconductor switch (Q) of a main circuit (2) and drives the semiconductor switch (Q). The power supply unit (20) supplies electric power to the drive unit (10). The switch (39) cuts off supply of electric power to the power supply unit (20) by detecting or controlling an overvoltage state on a primary side of the power supply unit (20). The control unit (50) switches a conductive state of the switch (39) on the basis of a voltage of a control terminal of the semiconductor switch (Q).

  • Patent number: 11520353
Abstract: A server station receives situation information and vehicle information respectively from three vehicles. The server station calculates how to pass by an on-coming vehicle for each of the three vehicles, and sends to each of the three vehicles a wait instruction of where to wait for and pass by the on-coming vehicle or a notification instruction of the on-coming vehicle when there is no place to wait. For example, the server station sends, to a first vehicle, the notification instruction due to having no place to wait, sends, to a second vehicle, a wait instruction to wait at a current position, which is a pass-by place, until the on-coming vehicle passes, and sends, to a third vehicle, a wait instruction to wait in a pass-by place, which is available to the third vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20220286076

  • Patent number: 11087625
Abstract: An abnormality notification device in a vehicle determines contents of situation information received from a second vehicle as abnormal at a certain timing. Then, the vehicle transmits abnormality information including identity information of the second vehicle to a station at a next timing, and transmits at a yet next timing a report completion notice notifying a nearby vehicle of the identity information of the second vehicle regarding which the abnormality information has already been transmitted to the station. When the nearby vehicle detects the second vehicle at still yet next timing as an abnormal vehicle, the nearby vehicle refrains from transmitting the abnormality information of the second vehicle at a subsequent timing, since the nearby vehicle has already received the report completion notice from the vehicle at the yet next timing. As such, unnecessary communication between a vehicle and a station is suppressed, and frequency utilization efficiency is improvable.

  • Patent number: 10931213
Abstract: A drive control unit that performs vector control of a synchronous motor determines reference phase angles of 3-phase/DQ converters, and a DQ/3-phase converter. When speed of a synchronous motor is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold value, the reference phase angle is obtained by adding a correction angle such that D-axis voltage feedback output from 3-phase/DQ converter becomes zero to the detection angle of a position detector. And when the speed of the synchronous motor is less than a predetermined threshold value, the reference phase angle is obtained by adding a low speed load angle set in advance to the detection angle of the position detector. In a vector control operation, a power factor is achieved by controlling the D-axis current to be zero.

  • Patent number: 10045344
Abstract: In a wireless communication system which can share the same frequency band with time division duplexing (TDD) and frequency division duplexing (FDD), a wireless terminal carries out an FDD downlink reception in a second frequency band overlapping a first frequency band allocated to TDD, thus carrying out reception at the TDD downlink reception timing. Alternatively, a wireless terminal carries out a TDD downlink reception in a second frequency band overlapping a first frequency band allocated to FDD, thus carrying out reception at the FDD downlink reception timing.
