The TEBO megasonic cleaning is used to remove small size particles on the substrate and the gas-liquid atomization cleaning is used to remove large size particles on the substrate. The method enables achieving an effect of cleaning the substrate without or with less device damage. A substrate cleaning apparatus is also provided.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-exposure image fusion (MEF) method based on a feature distribution weight of a multi-exposure image, including: performing color space transformation (CST) on an image, determining a luminance distribution weight of the image, determining an exposure distribution weight of the image, determining a local gradient weight of the image, determining a final weight, and determining a fused image. The present disclosure combines the luminance distribution weight of the image, the exposure distribution weight of the image and the local gradient weight of the image to obtain the final weight, and fuses the input image and the weight with the existing pyramid-based multi-resolution fusion method to obtain the fused image, thereby solving the technical problem that an existing MEF method does not consider the overall feature distribution of the multi-exposure image.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for preventing and treating or diagnosing coronavirus infection. SARS-CoV2 lung infection animal models are established using rhesus macaques and human ACE2 transgenic mice, innate immune characteristics that occur in the body in the early stage of SARS-CoV2 infection are explored, and S100A8 protein is found as the root cause initiating the inflammatory storm and becomes an immune indicator for early diagnosis of a patient with SARS-CoV2 infection. Then inhibition of the function of S100A8/S100A9 dimer finally inhibits the virus titer in tissues, thereby decreasing the inflammation level, which proves that a dimer inhibitor can be used as an effective drug for preventing and treating coronavirus infection.
