  • Patent number: 10664906
Abstract: A device and method for management of an account. An event placement timeline is displayed. Account events are shown along the timeline. A preferred event time range or “safe zone” is shown along the timeline. The “safe zone” is the portion of the month during which it is safe to schedule certain events, like bill payments, with lower risk of NSF, overdraft or the like. The user moves a movable object into the “safe zone” to reschedule the account event in the “safe zone”, and the settings of the account are modified to automatically execute the account event at that time.

  • Publication number: 20200156314
Abstract: The devices and systems described herein generally relate to magnetic field chambers and reversibly hardenable ferrofluids. The reversibly hardenable ferrofluid can include a magnetically responsive fluid and a reversible hardening agent. The reversibly hardenable ferrofluid can achieve a first shape using one or more magnetic fields, such as delivered from a magnetic field chamber. Once the first shape is achieved, the reversibly hardenable ferrofluid can be cured or otherwise hardened. The hardened reversibly hardenable ferrofluid can be used for the intended purpose and then returned to a liquid state once the task is completed, allowing for reuse. • Publication number: 20200161434
Abstract: Some embodiments include an integrated assembly having a gate material, an insulative material adjacent the gate material, and a semiconductor oxide adjacent the insulative material. The semiconductor oxide has a channel region proximate the gate material and spaced from the gate material by the insulative material. An electric field along the gate material induces carrier flow within the channel region, with the carrier flow being along a first direction. The semiconductor oxide includes a grain boundary having a portion which extends along a second direction that crosses the first direction of the carrier flow. In some embodiments, the semiconductor oxide has a grain boundary which extends along the first direction and which is offset from the insulative material by an intervening portion of the semiconductor oxide. The carrier flow is within the intervening region and substantially parallel to the grain boundary. Some embodiments include methods of forming integrated assemblies.

  • Patent number: 10651155
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for improved heat dissipation of the stacked semiconductor dies by including metallic thermal pads between the dies in the stack. In one embodiment, the thermal pads may be in direct contact with the semiconductor dies. Heat dissipation of the semiconductor die stack can be improved by a relatively high thermal conductivity of the thermal pads that directly contact the adjacent silicon dies in the stack without the intervening layers of the low thermal conductivity materials (e.g., passivation materials). In some embodiments, the manufacturing yield of the stack can be improved by having generally coplanar top surfaces of the thermal pads and under-bump metallization (UBM) structures.
