The inventions provide sites introduced genomically into a Genomic Safe Harbor and introduced genomically outside of that particular Genomic Safe Harbor, including but not limited to another Genomic Safe Harbor. Polynucleotides of interest that encode polypeptides or RNAs of interest can be inserted into the Stable Integration Sites provided according to the inventions. The cells and methods of the inventions can be used for the high yield production of any protein, including viral proteins.     Abstract: A graphene and in-situ nano-ZrB2 particle-co-reinforced aluminum matrix composite (AMC) and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes: heating an aluminum alloy for melting, adding potassium fluoroborate and potassium fluorozirconate to produce ZrB2 particles in-situ, additionally adding a mixture of pre-prepared copper-coated graphene and an aluminum powder, and stirring with an electromagnetic field for uniform dispersion; and ultrasonically treating the resulting melt to improve the dispersion of the in-situ nano-ZrB2 particles and the graphene, casting for molding to obtain a casting, and subjecting the casting to homogenization and rolling for deformation to obtain the graphene and in-situ nano-ZrB2 particle-co-reinforced AMC. The in-situ generation of the reinforcement nano-ZrB2 particles in an aluminum alloy melt increases the number of interfaces in the composite and also increases the dislocation density.

The image sensor is formed by: fabricating photodiodes in photodiode regions of a frontside of a silicon substrate with source-drain regions of transistors, the photodiodes electrically isolated by deep trenches, each photodiode within a photodiode region of the substrate; forming the filled trenches in a backside of the semiconductor substrate; forming protective oxide and process stop layers over the backside of the semiconductor substrate; depositing a metal grid over the deep trenches, removing the process stop layer from over photodiode regions; and depositing color filters over the photodiode regions.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to the technical field of solar cells, and provides a solar cell and a doped region structure thereof, a cell assembly, and a photovoltaic system. The doped region structure includes a first doped layer, a passivation layer, and a second doped layer that are disposed on a silicon substrate in sequence. The passivation layer is a porous structure having the first doped layer and/or the second doped layer inlaid in a hole region. The first doped layer and the second doped layer have a same doping polarity. By means of the doped region structure of the solar cell provided in the disclosure, the difficulty in production and the limitation on conversion efficiency as a result of precise requirements for the accuracy of a thickness of a conventional tunneling layer are resolved.

The improver comprises a biological enzyme preparation and a colloid preparation. The low cost biodegradable drinking straw is made by providing 98% structurally non-altered corn starch mixed with one or more than one improver to make a biodegradable powder. The edible biodegradable powder is formed into a drinking straw shape and extruded to a drinking straw shape. When the extruded drinking straw shapes are cooled, they are cut into an appropriate drinking straw length. The cut drinking straws are then dried and packaged.
