  • Publication number: 20170161952
Abstract: A method for displaying an Android application image in a virtual reality system includes, but is not limited to, acquiring screen contents to be displayed. The method further includes calling a SurfaceFlinger module responsible for display synthesis in an Android system, and determining display relations of the screen contents to be displayed. The method further includes sketching textures of the screen contents to be displayed according to the determined display relations by means of an OpenGL. The method further includes establishing a grid for a left-side screen and a right-side screen of the virtual reality system, respectively. The method further includes sketching the textures to respective grids of the left-side screen and the right-side screen for displaying. These solutions solve the problem that an ordinary Android application cannot be correctly displayed in the virtual reality system, and largely increase the number of Android applications usable in the virtual reality system.

  • Publication number: 20170134051
Abstract: The present discloses provides a decoding method, decoding apparatus and decoder for correcting burst errors. In particular, the decoding method for correcting burst errors comprises: computing an initial syndrome of a received data frame, wherein the data frame is encoded according to cyclic codes for correcting burst errors; determining error correctability of burst error contained in the data frame based on the computed initial syndrome; and processing the burst error in the data frame and outputting the processed data frame based on the determined error correctability. With the decoding method, decoding apparatus, and decoder of the present invention, error correctability of burst errors contained in a data frame can be determined before the data is send out, while having smaller decoding latency through determining the error correctability and error pattern of the burst errors contained in the data frame using initial syndrome of the data frame.

  • Patent number: 9645054
Abstract: A method for determining a reduction factor of a bearing capacity of an axial load cylindrical shell structure is described. In the method, a depression defect is introduced in a manner of applying a radial disturbance load. Then, an influence rule of a depression defect amplitude of a single point to an axial load bearing capacity is analyzed by using numerical values; then, defect sensitivity analysis is performed on depression defects of multiple points; then, experiment design sampling is performed by using load amplitude values and load position distribution as design variables; and finally, the most disadvantageous disturbance load of the multiple points that limits the defect amplitude is searched for, and a reduction factor of the bearing capacity of the axial load cylindrical shell structure is determined.

  • Patent number: 9647556
Abstract: In a controller for a DC to DC converter, PWM signal generating circuitry generates a set of PWM signals phase-shifted relative to one another, and controls states of the PWM signals according to a set of control signals. Each PWM signal of the PWM signals has an on-time state and an off-time state. Ramp signal generating circuitry, coupled to the PWM signal generating circuitry, generates a set of ramp signals having substantially the same ramp slope. Each ramp signal of the ramp signals is generated in response to detecting an on-time state of a corresponding PWM signal of the PWM signals. Additionally, a comparing circuit, coupled to the PWM and ramp signal generating circuitry, alternately compares the ramp signals with a preset reference to generate the control signals. A corresponding control signal of the control signals changes the corresponding PWM signal from the on-time state to an off-time state.

  • Patent number: 9608511
Abstract: A method for charging a modular multilevel converter includes: firstly, electrifying DC side of a converter; after voltages of submodules are stabilized, deblocking the converter, turning on all the submodules, then reducing the number of turned on submodules in phase unit; when over-current occurs on a bridge arm, temporarily increasing the number of turned on submodules to suppress the over-current; after the voltages of the sub-modules are stabilized, continuously reducing the number of the turned on submodules until the number of the turned on submodules in the phase unit is finally equal to the number of working submodules of the bridge arm, so as to smoothly transit to a normal operation state. The DC side is charged, such that the voltages of the submodules reach a working voltage before the converter normally operates, and an impacting current is avoided in the charging process by using a proper control strategy.
