  • Publication number: 20240048279
Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a solution for supporting repetitions for a plurality of downlink data transmission scheduled by signal downlink control information is proposed. A terminal device receives downlink control information scheduling a plurality of downlink data transmissions with repetitions from a network device. The terminal device determines a HARQ-ACK codebook for the plurality of downlink data transmissions based on a repetition pattern for the plurality of downlink data transmissions and the slot offset. The terminal device transmits a feedback for the repetitions for the downlink data transmissions based on the HARQ-ACK codebook to the network device. In this way, it achieves a flexible repetition patterns for the plurality of downlink data transmissions scheduled by signal DCI, which improves the coverage/reliability performance for data transmission.

  • Publication number: 20240049098
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solution for supporting a successful handover report. In a method for communication, a terminal device receives, from a first network device providing a first cell, an indication that a handover of the terminal device from the first cell to a second cell of a second network device is to be performed. Then, the terminal device determines triggering information about a successful handover report of the handover based on a set of triggering conditions. The triggering information indicates whether the successful handover report is triggered for the handover. In this way, the successful handover report can be optionally triggered based on the set of triggering conditions, so that the terminal device may be limited to reporting a successful handover report when necessary, thereby saving processing resources and communication resources for unnecessary successful handover reports.
