    Abstract: A method for producing a fuel oil includes the steps of (1) bringing a sulfur-containing feedstock oil and an alkali metal into contact for a pre-reaction to obtain a pre-reaction material, wherein the pre-reaction is performed under hydrogen-free conditions; (2) bringing the pre-reaction material into contact with a hydrogen-supplying agent for a hydrogenation reaction; and (3) separating the material obtained in step (2) to obtain a liquid-phase product fuel oil and a solid mixture. Using this method, inferior and cheap feedstock oils, such as heavy residual oils, can be converted into fuel oils.

    Abstract: A driver circuit is for driving a GaN power commutation switch of a switch mode power converter. A sensing component is connected to the GaN switch for sensing a parameter such as a peak current of the power commutation. An energy storage component provides a certain turn on voltage between the gate and source of the GaN switch. The charging and discharging of the energy storage component is regulated, and the sensing is disabled with timing which is synchronized with the charging and discharging function of the energy storage component. It is prevented that a voltage across the sensing component reduces the generated gate-source drive voltage of the GaN switch.

A method comprises transmitting, from a network device to a terminal device, downlink control information (DCI) over a first set of Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) candidates for scheduling a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH), where the DCI includes at least one of a counter downlink assignment indicator (DAI) value and a total DAI value; transmitting the PDSCH from the network device to the terminal device; and receiving a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook for the PDSCH from the terminal device, where the HARQ-ACK codebook is generated at least based on a first configuration of a second set of PDCCH candidates, and at least one of the counter DAI value and the total DAI value. As such, the dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook can be obtained without introducing additional signaling overhead.

The trusted program detects, based on location information indicating a current location of the client device and the geofence data that the client device is within one of the one or more physical locations. In response to detecting that the client device is within one of the one or more physical locations, an event report is transmitted to a reporting system for the digital component. The event report indicates that a location event for the digital component has occurred.
