A portable safety device includes a power charger and air compressor that may safely jump start a vehicle and recharge portable electronic devices, such as phones and laptop computers, as well as inflate vehicle tires or other inflatable objects, when a standard external power source is not convenient. It may also be used for providing an emergency light source.
