An Apo A-I preparation is provided having at least a 12 log LRV (log reduction value) for a parvovirus; and/or at least 9 log LRV for a non-enveloped virus; and/or at least 8.5 log LRV for a lipid enveloped virus. Abstract: A method of forming unique, private, personal, virtual social networks on a social network system that includes a database storing data relating to corresponding user entities. The method includes: a first user entity sending an invitation to a second user entity, recording in the database the second user entity as a direct contact of the first user entity and determining that third user entities, directly connected to the second user entity, are indirect contacts. A unique, personal, social network formed from direct and indirect contacts is thereby created for each user entity. Each user entity is able to control privacy of its data with respect to other user entities depending on the connection factor to that other entity and/or that other entity's attributes. Abstract: A tool, such as a digital level, having multiple methods of indicating the orientation of the level. One embodiment of the level includes two or more accelerometers arranged in complimenting orientations, such as 90 degrees with respect to each other. The complimenting orientation allows for more precise measurements from less expensive accelerometers compared to a level with a single more expensive accelerometer. A power supply module, and an associated control module in charge of the power supply, selectively provides power to the accelerometers and displays based in part on user input, movement of the level, and the disposition of the level.

Wind blows the shade away from the shade pocket creating a shaded area for the user.

An antenna having has a base portion for insertion into the circular walled control top opening, the base portion has a ring feature forming a full circumference bump around the base portion. Once the antenna is assembled with the portable radio, the ring feature is located beneath and abuts with the protruding bumper to form the radio antenna interface. The radio antenna interface provides increased friction to minimize loosening of the antenna under extreme usage conditions.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for increasing the activity of a mutant or wild-type ?-glucosidase enzyme in vitro and in vivo by contacting the enzyme with a specific pharmacological chaperone which is a derivative of 1-deoxynojirimycin. The invention also provides a method for the treatment of Pompe disease by administration of chaperone small molecule compound which is a derivative of 1-deoxynojirimycin. The 1-deoxynojirimycin derivative is substituted at the N or C1 position. Combination therapy with replacement ?-glucosidase gene or enzyme is also provided.
