    Abstract: A material relocation apparatus is provided which enables an operator to load, transport, and unload material, while the apparatus may be moving in the forward and backward directions. The apparatus includes a frame structure means, a material relocation means, and a power transfer means, with the material handling means and the power transfer means being mounted to the frame structure means. The material relocation means is a conventional type of load bucket, commonly found on construction equipment. It is pivotally mounted to the rear of the frame structure means, and is capable of being pivoted in both the forward and backward directions via the power transfer means. The power transfer means is a conventional type of power cylinder and piston mounted to the front of the frame structure means. The apparatus may attach to a tractor, or be a built-in component of a piece of construction equipment. A wheel assembly may be an optional component of the apparatus.

The apparatus includes a frame structure means, an upper body engagement means, and a lower body engagement means. The upper and lower body engagement means are coupled to the frame structure means. The user may push and pull backward and forward upon two handle members with their hands, which are part of the hand engagement means. This motion is transferred into a pivoting motion of the lower body engagement means, which is engaged by the legs of the user. Alternately, the user may pivot the lower body engagement means with their legs, and move said handle members of said upper body engagement means in the foward and backward directions. The lower body engagement means is pivotally coupled to the frame structure means such that the lower body engagement means may be pivoted in the forward, backward, and side directions.

The back end of the user engagement member is pivotally mounted to the frame structure member. An engagement assembly is mounted to the front end of the user engagement member via an assembly support capable of moving in the upward and downward directions. The lower end of the assembly support is connected by a wheel member to a guide member, which is mounted on the frame structure member. The user sits in the seat and pushes against the engagement assembly, with the general thigh portion of the leg, in either the downward, upward, and/or side directions. The wheel member will follow the contour of the guide member.

    Abstract: A water displacement apparatus is provided which uses the heat from the sun to displace water from a water collection means. The water collection means has a water container member which may be partially submerged in a water reservoir, or connected to a remote reservoir of water. The water container member has a water transport member connected to it, through which water from the water reservoir may move into the water container member. The water from the reservoir will move into the water container member as the sun evaporates water from the water container member, since the water levels will naturally try and reach equilibrium. An electricity generation means may be operatively connected to the water collection means in such a manner that the movement of the water through said water transport member may be used to generate electricity.

The apparatus is different from the more conventional see-saw apparatuses in that the upward and downward pivoting motion of the user is produced by rocking the user engagement mechanism forward and backward, not by pushing against the ground with the feet of the user. The apparatus may be configured so that rocking the user engagement mechanism backward and forward may produces different seat movement, including rotation about the base of the frame structure.

    Abstract: A manual uplift apparatus comprising a structural frame unit, a mechanical uplift assembly unit, and a power translating mechanism connecting the two units to allow the user to more easily obtain a standing position from a previously seated position. A second use for the apparatus may be as an exercise product for exercising upper body muscle groups. The structural frame unit is used to support and guide the mechanical uplift assembly unit. The mechanical uplift assembly unit has two sections that can independently move vertically with respect to the structural frame unit. One section has a seat, the other has rails or hand engagement handles. When downward force is applied to the hand engagement handles, the section having the handles move vertically downward and produces an upward force in the section having the seat through the power translating mechanism.
