The hook portion is configured to engage and hang from a standard closet rod or other support. Some embodiments include a handle portion that is positioned such that the user may depress the actuator portion with the thumb of the hand holding the hanger to open the clamp of the clothes hanger. Other embodiments of the hanger include padding to help secure the pants within the clamp of the hanger and ensure the user's comfort when pressing the actuator portion.
