  • Patent number: 12113820
Abstract: A threat actor identification system that obtains domain data for a set of domains, generates domain clusters, determines whether the domain clusters are associated with threat actors, and presents domain data for the clusters that are associated with threat actors to brand owners that are associated with the threat actors. The clusters may be generated based on similarities in web page content, domain registration information, and/or domain infrastructure information. For each cluster, a clustering engine determines whether the cluster is associated with a threat actor, and for clusters that are associated with threat actors, corresponding domain information is stored for presentation to brand owners to whom the threat actor poses a threat.

  • Patent number: 12111831
Abstract: A process for optimal query scheduling includes receiving in an information retrieval data processing system, a request to accelerate query execution of a specified query to a time prior to a scheduled time. A specific field corresponding to data in a database is then identified in the query and a freshness of data requirement for the specific field retrieved along with a frequency of change the data corresponding to the specific field. Then, if execution of the specific query at the time prior to the scheduled time instead of the scheduled time is determined not to violate the freshness of data requirement based upon the frequency of change of the data corresponding of the specific field, the specific query is scheduled for execution at the time prior to the scheduled time. But otherwise, the scheduled time may be maintained for executing the specific query.

  • Patent number: 12113097
Abstract: Ferroelectric capacitor is formed by conformably depositing a non-conductive dielectric over the etched first and second electrodes, and forming a metal cap or helmet over a selective part of the non-conductive dielectric, wherein the metal cap conforms to portions of sidewalls of the non-conductive dielectric. The metal cap is formed by applying physical vapor deposition at a grazing angle to selectively deposit a metal mask over the selective part of the non-conductive dielectric. The metal cap can also be formed by applying ion implantation with tuned etch rate. The method further includes isotopically etching the metal cap and the non-conductive dielectric such that non-conductive dielectric remains on sidewalls of the first and second electrodes but not on the third and fourth electrodes.

  • Patent number: 12112134
Abstract: The technology relates to methods for detecting and classifying emotions in textual communication, and using this information to suggest graphical indicia such as emoji, stickers or GIFs to a user. Two main types of models are fully supervised models and few-shot models. In addition to fully supervised and few-shot models, other types of models focusing on the back-end (server) side or client (on-device) side may also be employed. Server-side models are larger-scale models that can enable higher degrees of accuracy, such as for use cases where models can be hosted on cloud servers where computational and storage resources are relatively abundant. On-device models are smaller-scale models, which enable use on resource-constrained devices such as mobile phones, smart watches or other wearables (e.g., head mounted displays), in-home devices, embedded devices, etc.

  • Publication number: 20240333990
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for activating a personalized user profile on a device based on the detection of an outlying user input. A media guidance application detects a user input that is inconsistent with an active user profile. In response, the media guidance application identifies a candidate user that both shares a location with the device and has a user profile consistent with the user input. The media guidance application activates the user profile of the candidate user as a temporary active user profile on the device.

  • Publication number: 20240331258
Abstract: In implementation of techniques for generating video from an image based on variable speed, a computing device implements a variable speed system to receive a static digital image displayed in a user interface, an indication of a movement direction, and an indication of a variable rate of speed. The variable speed system generates a digital video based on the static digital image, the digital video having pixels that move in the movement direction at a speed that varies based on the variable rate of speed based on pixels from the static digital image. The variable speed system then displays the digital video in the user interface.

  • Publication number: 20240334715
Abstract: Technologies for memory on package with reduced package thickness are disclosed. In the illustrative embodiment, a die assembly includes a substrate with a processor die mounted on the top surface and a memory die mounted on the bottom surface. The die assembly is mounted on another substrate, such as a mainboard. A cavity is defined in the mainboard, and the memory die mounted on the bottom surface of the die assembly is positioned in the cavity. Positioning the memory die on the bottom surface of the die assembly can reduce the overall thickness of the die assembly and, therefore, can reduce the overall thickness of a device that incorporates the die assembly.

  • Publication number: 20240326247
Abstract: Disclosed techniques for graph generation for online path planning offer multiple advantages, such as providing for high-quality motion during online operation of the robot, while reducing the computational burden of graph generation. Achieving these competing goals involves reducing the dimensionality of the graph generation problem by performing unconstrained sampling that defines partial robot poses that set values for fewer than all configuration parameters of the robot. The remaining configuration parameters for each sample are then determined in dependence on a distance function that relates the partial pose to one or more reference robot poses that are associated with one or more tasks to be performed by the robot and are provided as inputs to the graph generation. Reference robot poses may be determined automatically based on computer analysis of the robot application or may be user-input values.

  • Publication number: 20240326245
Abstract: Disclosed techniques embody advantageous approaches to online task and motion planning for robots, based on the decomposition of robot tasks into subtasks having attached attributes that, among other things, indicate whether dynamic trajectory modification is permitted during subtask execution. The decomposition and attribute tagging allows for hybrid motion control during task execution, for example, with some subtasks allowing for reactive motion planning for collision avoidance, and other subtasks disallowing reactive motion. Collision avoidance for non-reactive subtasks involves, for example, coordinating volume reservations within an involved robot work cell, to prevent other robots from interfering with a robot engaged in a subtask designated as non-reactive. Determination of which subtasks are non-reactive relies on information included in an input task specification and may be based on user analysis or automated analysis of the involved robot application.
