  • Publication number: 20240320272
Abstract: An intelligent clustering system has a dual-mode clustering engine for mass-processing and stream-processing. A tree data model is utilized to describe heterogenous data elements in an accurate and uniform way and to calculate a tree distance between each data element and a cluster representative. The clustering engine performs element clustering, through sequential or parallel stages, to cluster the data elements based at least in part on calculated tree distances and parameter values reflecting user-provided domain knowledge on a given objective. The initial clusters thus generated are fine-tuned by undergoing an iterative self-tuning process, which continues when new data is streamed from data source(s). The clustering engine incorporates stage-specific domain knowledge through stage-specific configurations. This hybrid approach combines strengths of user domain knowledge and machine learning power.

  • Publication number: 20240320125
Abstract: Tracing circuits are disposed within each node circuit in a mesh network to debug problems found during development. The tracing circuit disclosed includes a trace read interface for accessing trace packets stored in a trace buffer at entries that are mapped to system memory addresses. Processing circuits coupled to the trace read interface may access the stored trace packets using memory instructions. The trace packets include trace information generated from packets that are detected on selected ports of a node circuit in a node of the mesh network. A filter circuit compares the transaction units to a trace criteria and stores the trace information of the matching packets in the form of trace packets in the memory-mapped entries of the trace buffer. The trace packets can include the transaction units of a packet or just packet header information for more efficient use of the trace buffer.

Abstract: As described herein, a system, method, and computer program are provided for synthesizing user transactional data for de-identifying sensitive information. In use, transactional data of a plurality of users is identified. Additionally, the plurality of users are clustered based on the transactional data, to form groups of users having transactional data representing similar transactional behavior. Further, synthesized transactional data is generated for the users in each group by: identifying a subset of the transactional data that corresponds to the users in each group, shuffling the transactional data in the subset across the users in each group, and perturbing portions of the shuffled transactional data.

  • Patent number: 12098528
Abstract: In some implementations, the EMV uses a calibration to inform autonomous control over the EMV. To calibrate an EMV, the system first selects a calibration action comprising a control signal for actuating a control surface of the EMV. Then, using a calibration model comprising a machine learning model trained based on one or more previous calibration actions taken by the EMV, the system predicts a response of the control surface to the control signal of the calibration action. After the EMV executes the control signal to perform the calibration action, the EMV system monitors the actual response of the control signal and uses that to update the calibration model based on a comparison between the predicted and monitored states of the control surface.

  • Publication number: 20240311346
Abstract: A data management system (DMS) may facilitate the storage tiering of snapshots on cloud environments. For example, the DMS may transmit snapshot signaling to a first cloud environment that instructs the first cloud environment to capture a first snapshot of a computing object and to store the first snapshot in a first type of cloud storage at the first cloud environment. The DMS may determine that the first snapshot has been stored in the first type of cloud storage for a duration of time that satisfies an archival threshold. Based on the archival threshold being satisfied, the DMS may transmit archival signaling that instructs the first cloud environment to store the first snapshot to a second type of cloud storage. The second type of cloud storage may be associated with a longer access latency than the first type of cloud storage.

  • Publication number: 20240314061
Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and software to manage prefixes for a route table in a gateway according to an implementation. In one implementation, a management service monitors a quantity of prefix routes associated with a route table in a gateway and determines when the quantity satisfies one or more criteria. When the capacity satisfies the one or more criteria, the management service determines one or more supernets that each represent a subset of the prefix routes and adds the one or more supernets to the route table to replaces the subset of the prefix routes.
