  • Publication number: 20220414392
Abstract: A method of balancing a dataset for a machine learning model includes identifying confusing classes of few-shot classes for a machine learning model during validation. One of the confusing classes and an image from one of the few-shot classes are selected. An image perturbation is computed such that the selected image is classified as the selected confusing class. The selected image is modified with the computed perturbation. The modified selected image is added to a batch for training the machine learning model.

  • Publication number: 20220416796
Abstract: An initialization circuit of a delay locked loop (DLL) includes a sense circuit and a control circuit. The sense circuit receives an enable signal, a reference clock signal, and various delayed reference clock signals, and outputs another enable signal. The control circuit receives the two enable signals and outputs and provides a control signal to a loop filter of the DLL to control a delay value associated with the DLL. The control signal is provided to the loop filter such that the delay value associated with the DLL equals a predetermined delay value for a predetermined time duration. Further, after a lapse of the predetermined time duration, the delay value associated with the DLL increases until a difference between a time period of the reference clock signal and the delay value equals a threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20220412057
Abstract: In some implementations, the EMV uses a calibration to inform autonomous control over the EMV. To calibrate an EMV, the system first selects a calibration action comprising a control signal for actuating a control surface of the EMV. Then, using a calibration model comprising a machine learning model trained based on one or more previous calibration actions taken by the EMV, the system predicts a response of the control surface to the control signal of the calibration action. After the EMV executes the control signal to perform the calibration action, the EMV system monitors the actual response of the control signal and uses that to update the calibration model based on a comparison between the predicted and monitored states of the control surface.

  • Publication number: 20220412318
Abstract: Systems and methods for building predictive and prescriptive analytics of wind turbines generate a historical operational dataset by loading historical operational SCADA data of one or more wind turbines. Each sensor measurement is associated with an engineering tag and at least one component of a wind turbine. The system creates one or more performance indicators corresponding to one or more sensor measurements, and applies at least one data clustering algorithm onto the dataset to identify and label normal operation data clusters. The system builds a normal operation model using normal operational data clusters with Efficiency of Wind-To-Power (EWTP) and defines a statistical confidence range around the normal operation model as criterion for monitoring wind turbine performance. As real-time SCADA data is received by the system, the system can detect an anomalous event, and issue an alert notification and prescriptive early-action recommendations to a user, such as a turbine operator, technician or manager.

  • Publication number: 20220411986
Abstract: A seal for a tub/drum assembly has a ring body to secure the seal to the tub/drum assembly. An arm extends from the ring body. The arm reduces a gap between the tub and drum. A mass at an end of the arm. The mass enables the arm to deflect at high drum rotational speeds increasing the gap between the tub and drum during high rotational speed of the drum. Alternatively, the arm is of a material prohibiting substantial deflection so that the gap is maintained at all speeds between the tub and drum without the arm contacting the drum creating high resistance in an airflow path.

  • Publication number: 20220412051
Abstract: When an EMV performs an action comprising moving a tool of the EMV through soil or other material, the EMV can measure a current speed of the tool through the material and a current kinematic pressure exerted on the tool by the material. Using the measured current speed and kinematic pressure, the EMV system can use a machine learned model to determine one or more soil parameters of the material. The EMV can then make decisions based on the soil parameters, such as by selecting a tool speed for the EMV based on the determined soil parameters.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to identifying legitimate websites and removing false positives from domain discovery analysis. Based on a list of known legitimate domains, a computing platform may generate a baseline dataset of feature vectors corresponding to the known legitimate domains. Subsequently, the computing platform may receive information identifying a first domain for analysis and may execute one or more machine learning algorithms to compare the first domain to the baseline dataset. Based on execution of the one or more machine learning algorithms, the computing platform may generate first domain classification information indicating that the first domain is a legitimate domain. In response to determining that the first domain is a legitimate domain, the computing platform may send one or more commands directing a domain identification system to remove the first domain from a list of indeterminate domains maintained by the domain identification system.

  • Patent number: 11540006
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for classifying, based on most recent information associated with recorded content, the recorded content to an appropriate deletion classifier. A media guidance application may receive information about an event that is associated with a recorded media asset. The media guidance application may determine, based on the event and a current deletion classifier associated with the recorded media asset, whether the current deletion classifier associated with the recorded media asset needs to be updated to a new deletion classifier. The media guidance application may make this determination by accessing a deletion classification database containing rules for classifying recorded media assets into a variety of deletion classifiers.
