  • Publication number: 20230045339
Abstract: A method to control the density of a three-dimensional photonic crystal template involves changing the irradiation time from at least four laser beams to yield a periodic percolating matrix of mass and voids free of condensed matter from a photoresist composition. The photoresist composition includes a photoinitiator at a concentration where the dose or irradiation is controlled by the irradiation time and is less than the irradiation time that would convert all photoinitiator to initiating species such that the density of the three-dimensional photonic crystal template differs for different irradiation times. A deposition of reflecting or absorbing particles can be patterned on the surface of the photoresist composition to form a template with varying densities above different areas of the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20230040070
Abstract: Exemplary methods, apparatuses, and systems include receiving a plurality of read operations. The read operations are divided into a current set of a sequence of read operations and one or more other sets. The size of the current set is a first number of read operations. An aggressor read operation is selected from the current set. A first data integrity scan is performed on a victim of the aggressor and a first indicator of data integrity is determined based on the first data integrity scan. A scaling factor is determined using the indicator of data integrity and a number of program erase cycles for the portion of memory. The set size of read operations is adjusted to a second number of read operations using the scaling factor for a subsequent set.

  • Publication number: 20230039000
Abstract: A graph-based data multi-operation system includes a data multi-operation management subsystem coupled to an application and accelerator subsystems. The data multi-operation management subsystem receives a data multi-operation graph from the application that identifies first data and defines operations for performance on the first data to transform the first data into second data. The data multi-operation management subsystem assigns each of the operations to at least one of the accelerator systems, and configures the accelerator subsystems to perform the operations in a sequence that transforms the first data into the second data, When the data multi-operation management subsystem determine a completion status for the performance of the operations by the accelerator subsystems, it transmits a completion status communication to the application that indicates the completion status of the performance of the plurality of operations by the plurality of accelerator subsystems.

  • Publication number: 20230040083
Abstract: Cardiac valve repair devices with annuloplasty features and associated systems and methods are disclosed herein. A cardiac valve repair device configured in accordance with embodiments of the present technology can include, for example, an atrial fixation member configured to engage tissue within a left atrium proximate to a native mitral valve and a spring mechanism coupled to an inferior edge portion of the atrial fixation member. The spring mechanism has an extended state with a first length corresponding to a dimension of the atrial fixation member in a deployed state and a relaxed state with a shorter length corresponding to a desired dimension of the native valve annulus. When implanted, the spring mechanism contracts the atrial fixation member such that the native mitral annulus anchored to the atrial fixation member reduces in a cross-sectional dimension.

  • Publication number: 20230044343
Abstract: A method to form a three-dimensional photonic crystal template with a gradient structure involves irradiating a photoresist composition of a thickness of at least 15 ?m from at least four laser beams to yield a periodic patterned with a percolating matrix of mass in constructive volumes of a cured photoresist composition and destructive volumes of voids free of condensed matter where the proportion of constructive volume displays a gradient from the irradiated surface to the substrate after development. For a given light intensity, photoinitiator concentration in the photoresist composition, and a given thickness, by irradiating for a relatively short period, a three-dimensional photonic crystal template displaying a gradient having greater constructive volume proximal the air interface forms and a relatively long irradiation period results in a gradient having greater constructive volume proximal the substrate.

  • Patent number: 11573851
Abstract: In some examples, a system receives data from peripheral devices connected to respective point-of-sale (POS) base terminals, the data captured using agents executing in the POS base terminals during periods of reduced activity of the POS base terminals. Based on processing the received data, the system determines linkage of peripheral devices to the POS base terminals, and determines, for a first POS base terminal, swapping of a first peripheral device with a second peripheral device. The system generates an output indicating that the first peripheral device has been swapped with the second peripheral device, and identifies an issue associated with a POS base terminal or a peripheral device, and trigger a remediation action to address the issue.

  • Patent number: 11575450
Abstract: Methods and systems for automated testing of extremely-high frequency devices are disclosed. A device under test (DUT) is set in a simultaneous transmit and receive mode. The DUT receives a lower frequency radio frequency (RF) signal from a test unit and up-converts the lower frequency RF signal to a higher frequency RF signal. The DUT transmits the higher frequency RF signal using a first antenna, and receives the higher frequency RF signal using a second antenna. The DUT down-converts the received higher frequency RF signal to a received test RF signal and provides the received test RF signal to the test unit for comparing measurements derived from the received test signal to a design specification for the DUT.

  • Patent number: 11574474
Abstract: A system generates a plurality of spatial points based on depth measurements of physical objects. The system determines, based on the plurality of spatial points, an occupancy score for each voxel within a plurality of voxels. The system identifies, based on a gaze of the user, a first set of occupied voxels that are in a field of view of the user and a second set of occupied voxels that are outside the field of view of the user. The system updates the occupancy scores of the first set of occupied voxels by temporally decaying one or more of the plurality of spatial points within the first set of occupied voxels. The system maintains the occupancy scores of the second set of occupied voxels. The system detects intrusions in a predefined subspace within a physical space based on the updated occupancy scores of the first set of occupied voxels.

  • Publication number: 20230031524
Abstract: This description provides an autonomous or semi-autonomous excavation vehicle that is capable of navigating through a dig site and carrying an excavation routine using a system of sensors physically mounted to the excavation vehicle. The sensors collect one or more of spatial, imaging, measurement, and location data representing the status of the excavation vehicle and its surrounding environment. Based on the collected data, the excavation vehicle executes instructions to perform an excavation routine by excavating earth from a hole using an excavation tool positioned at a single location within the site. The excavation vehicle is also able to carry out numerous other tasks, such as checking the volume of excavated earth in an excavation tool, navigating the excavation vehicle over a distance while continuously excavating earth from a below surface depth, and preparing a digital terrain model of the site as part of a process for creating the excavation routine.
