    Abstract: Memory bit cells having internal node jumpers are described. In an example, an integrated circuit structure includes a memory bit cell on a substrate. The memory bit cell includes first and second gate lines parallel along a second direction of the substrate. The first and second gate lines have a first pitch along a first direction of the substrate, the first direction perpendicular to the second direction. First, second and third interconnect lines are over the first and second gate lines. The first, second and third interconnect lines are parallel along the second direction of the substrate. The first, second and third interconnect lines have a second pitch along the first direction, where the second pitch is less than the first pitch. One of the first, second and third interconnect lines is an internal node jumper for the memory bit cell.

First and second received signals received by a plurality of receiving channels are amplified and then transmitted to a first receiver module and a second receiver module, respectively, and the first and second received signals are frequency-converted, filtered, and output to the central processing unit.

    Abstract: A co-time, co-frequency full-duplex terminal includes a radio frequency transceiver, a power divider, a local transmitting antenna, a controllable adaptive module, and a signal mixer. The radio frequency transceiver transmits a radio frequency signal. The power divider divides the radio frequency signal into radio frequency signals in a first path and a second path. The local transmitting antenna transmits the radio frequency signal in the first path. The controllable adaptive module controls the radio frequency signal in the second path to have an amplitude equal to an amplitude of a self-interfere signal and have a phase opposite to a phase of the self-interference signal. The signal mixer mixes the radio frequency signal, after being controlled by the controllable adaptive module, with a base station signal and the self-interference signal.

Thus, the present disclosure eliminates the need of cumbersome physical connection ports and intermediate connection cables, and enables stable, reliable and highly secure visible light communications.
