  • Publication number: 20210094673
Abstract: A rotor assembly has a rotor hub having a unitary structure. The rotor assembly further includes a unitary crosshead having a first upper tab and a first lower tab located vertically below the first upper tab. The first upper tab and the first lower tab define a slot therebetween to accept a first pin of the first rotor blade. A second upper tab and a second lower tab located vertically below the second upper tab define a slot therebetween to accept a second pin of the second rotor blade. A first recess is provided between the first lower tab and the second lower tab so that the crosshead comprises no material directly between at least a portion of the first lower tab and the second lower tab along at least one straight path.

  • Publication number: 20210085346
Abstract: A wedge osteotomy method inserts a first wire into a first bone of the foot, distal from tissue to be removed. A second wire is inserted into a second bone, so the tissue to be removed is distal from the second wire. A cut guide is pivoted about the first wire, until a first axis of the cut guide is parallel with a longitudinal axis of the first metatarsal. The cut guide has a slot perpendicular to the first axis for guiding a cutter to cut bone, while the first axis is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the first metatarsal. The cut guide is then pivoted about the second wire, until the first axis is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the talus, and bone is cut through the slot, to form a second planar cut into or through bone material.

  • Patent number: 10742595
Abstract: A system includes a virtual private network (VPN) gateway and a client device. The VPN gateway receives a domain name system response through a physical coding sublayer. The VPN gateway fetches a fully qualified domain name corresponding to the domain name system response, and fetches one or more access control list rules from an access control list table for a specific user account. The VPN gateway installs an Internet protocol (IP) address in the access control list table for each access control list rule and handles requested data traffic to the IP address. The client device creates a virtual tunnel interface route with a port of a transmission control protocol (TCP) listener device and parses the domain name system response. The client device updates a domain name system cache with the fully qualified domain name and the IP address and sends unencrypted network traffic over the virtual tunnel interface route.

  • Publication number: 20200090270
Abstract: The present invention involves a system and method for coordinating the centralization of the submission of requests for offers for credit and receipt of offers for credit between an internet user and a plurality of lending institutions via the internet. This method involves the use of a single offer request form, which is the combination of required lender information from consumer credit processes, and the receipt of information from the user, and various semi-automated online processes, to populate that single offer request form. After receiving this data, a special computer, or server, sorts the information and applies a filter to the data. The filter prepares that information for submission to lending institutions so that the lending institution may process the information and make a decision as to whether to offer the internet user credit.

  • Publication number: 20190254713
Abstract: A bone anchor includes a flexible strand defining a first adjustable loop and a friction knot coupled to a proximal end of the first adjustable loop. The friction knot is configured to allow adjustment of the first adjustable loop in a first configuration and is configured to prevent adjustment of the first adjustable loop in a second configuration. A knot capsule includes a body defining an internal knot cavity. The friction knot and a portion of the first adjustable loop are positioned within the internal knot cavity. The internal knot cavity defines one or more impingement surfaces configured to maintain the friction knot in a fixed position within the internal knot cavity when the friction knot is in the second configuration.
