    Abstract: An emergency scissors for cutting through a jammed seat belt of a motor vehicle is provided in which the blades are blunt tipped to avoid injury to the eyes. The emergency scissors can be carried in a storage sheath that is attached to a dashboard of the motor vehicle. The emergency scissors can also be connected by an L-shaped bracket to a seat belt buckle and be in position to immediately cut through the jammed seat belt after a collision.

    Abstract: A barbecue grill insert is provided that consists of a plate with a raised rim that is fabricated out of disposable heavy duty heat resistant material. The plate is perforated and when placed upon a permanent cooking grid of the barbecue grill will protect the grid from fluids coming from food thereon. In a modification the insert is so constructed that it can be properly positioned on the bars of the cooking grid so that the fluids from the food will drip down between the bars through the perforations in the plate.

    Abstract: A battery terminal post clamp is provided and consists of a pair of inwardly curved arms having crossed end portions. The arms are pivotaly connected at their lower ends in a spaced apart relationship on one of two mounting plates. The mounting plates are attached together to fit and grip an electrical conductor of a battery cable. A finger engaging portion having an aperture therethrough is affixed to each crossed end portion of each arm so that a guide bolt can extend through each aperture with a guide nut threaded on the end of the shank. A coil compression spring is arranged on shank of the guide bolt between the finger engaging portions. The spring urges the finger engaging portions apart causing the arms to move towards each other to grip a terminal post until a person squeezes the finger engaging portions together to compress the spring and disengage the arms from the terminal post.

    Abstract: Modified croquet equipment is provided and consists of a gradual frustum conical shaped dish member having a center cup for receiving a ball which replaces the croquet stake. A modified U-shaped wicket is also provided in which each upright includes a pointed tip and a stationary ring carried midway thereon so that the wicket can be easily driven into the ground up to the stationary rings. In an alternate embodiment the dish member and the wicket can be height adjustable to change the pay of the croquet game.
