    Abstract: A scoop device is provided for removing animal droppings which consists of a shovel member to pick up the animal droppings, a cover member to close over the shovel member and a mechanism for pivoting the cover member to the shovel member. When the cover member is placed in an open position, the shovel member can pick up the animal droppings. When the cover member is placed in a closed position, it will prevent the animal droppings from accidentally departing the shovel member.

An L-shaped flap extends laterally from a lower edge of the housing and is securable between a closed door and the door frame of the vehicle. The plate members are so spaced apart from one another at horizontal intervals less then the heights of the plate members when in their upright positons, so that when the leading plate member is toppled backward it will successively and sequentially effect backward toppling of the following plate members, thereby producing the domino effect.

    Abstract: A sort an cycle bin is provided for waste materials which consists of a receptacle having a front wall, a rear wall, a bottom wall and a pair of side walls with a plurality of horizontally oriented and vertically spaced apart compartments. Indicia is associated with the compartments, for visually indicating the type of waste material to be placed in each compartment. A removable container is to be placed into each compartment for receiving one type of waste material that will be placed therein. A mechanism is for suspending each of the removable containers within each of the compartments. Each of the different waste materials can be placed into each of the removable containers and then be removed to facilitate its transportation to a recycling facility. A lid is hinged to a top edge of the rear wall of the receptacle, so that when the lid is placed in a closed position it will cover the compartments.

    Abstract: A self-cleaning cat litter box is provided which consists of a housing having a floor, side walls, and end walls with an open top, so that a cat can enter. A platform is pivotally mounted at one end proximate one of the end walls of the housing, so that the cat can squat thereon and defecate. A mechanism, activated by the weight of the cat on the platform, is for lifting the platform up on an angle, spraying water upon the platform and lowering the platform back to its original position after the cat leaves the platform. A drain is located at the pivoted end of the platform to carry the waste water therefrom. A mechanism is fluidly connected to the drain for liquefying any solid waste within the waste water so that all of the waste water can be flushed out.
