A pair of auxiliary cutting units are provided, with each having small wheels and extending from an opposite side of the main cutting unit in the frame, to increase the cutting area. A seat assembly having a small wheel extends from the rear of the frame. An engine is in the frame, to supply motive power to the large wheels, the main cutting unit in the frame and the auxiliary cutting units.

    Abstract: A simulated animal nursing device is provided, which consists of a stuffed animal in a form and size to duplicate the actual mother, that will lie on its side upon a floor. The stuffed animal has an opening in a rear side, leading into an internal cavity with a plurality of apertures extending between the internal cavity and a bottom surface. A plurality of nursing feeders are positioned in inverted positions within the internal cavity. Suckling portions of the feeders will extend through the apertures, so that newborn offsprings will have a nursing environment.

    Abstract: A band inserter device comprising a housing having a forward transverse slot therethrough and a rearward internally threaded aperture, whereby the slot is to receive an end of a banding strap. An elongated handle having an externally threaded shank engages with the internally threaded aperture. An assembly within the housing is for gripping the end of the banding strap when the shank of the handle is tightened in the aperture of the housing, so that the banding strap can be inserted under a skid and about a package on the skid.

    Abstract: A portable battery powered pot washing tool is provided, which consists of a gun-shaped housing having a handle. An electric motor having a shaft is within the housing. A waterproof battery is carried on a back end of the handle of the housing, to supply power to the motor. An on/off trigger switch is on a side of the handle of the housing and is electrically connected between the motor and the battery, to control the power to the motor. A collet having a release lever is carried on a front end of the housing. A brush attachment is coupled to the shaft within the collet and is operated by the motor for rotation, to clean various cooking utensils and similar articles.

    Abstract: A fixed regenerative heat exchanger is provided, which consists of a heat exchange unit which is divided into two compartments, horizontally at both end sections and vertically at a middle section. A heat exchange matrix is housed in the middle section. Two sets of flow-switching dampers are also provided, with each set located between one end section and the middle section. In a first flow configuration, the two sets of dampers are arranged to allow hot air to flow through a left side of the middle section, while cold air flows through a right side of the middle section. In a second flow configuration, the two sets of dampers are arranged to allow hot air to flow through a right side of the middle section, while cold air flows through a left side of the middle section.

A marking pen is for writing the data, while an eraser being a cloth encased sponge is for erasing the data. A container and holder can also be provided for the eraser and marker pen.

A peripheral rim is on the cover to engage in a seating manner, a lip on the open top of the coffee cup. A flexible drinking spout is formed in the cover, to allow coffee in the coffee cup to exit therefrom into a mouth of a person. A structure is for shielding the air vent hole in the cover, when the flexible drinking spout is not being used. An element is for coupling the flexible drinking spout to the shielding structure. When the flexible drinking spout is bent over to be used, the shielding structure will open to expose the air vent hole, to enable the coffee in the cup to better exit the flexible drinking spout.

    Abstract: A floor scrubber is provided which consists of a rectangular head assembly. A rectangular scrub pad is of a larger area than the head assembly. A structure is for removably mounting the scrub pad to a lower surface of the head assembly, in which two longitudinal edges of the scrub pad are spaced away from two longitudinal sides of the head assembly. A handle has a bottom end attached centrally to a top surface of the head assembly. A person can grip the handle to place the scrub pad onto a floor and to permit the longitudinal edges of the scrub pad to fit under partitions in toilets for cleaning. A pair of weights are also provided. Components are for retaining the weights to the head assembly on opposite sides of the handle. The person gripping the handle does not have to press down hard for the scrub pad to clean the floor.
