Abstract: A brassiere wire has a body adapted to fit into a channel in a brassiere to extend beneath a breast cup of a brassiere, the brassiere wire having a semicircular body lying in a plane and of flattened cross section, and a rectilinear flexible portion on at least one end of the body, the rectilinear portion being deflectable resiliently out of the plane, the rectilinear portion having two spaced-apart grooves corresponding across the rectilinear portion substantially perpendicular thereto and in each face of such rectilinear portion, thereby reducing the thickness of the wire at the grooves of the rectilinear portion to increase flexibility thereof, the wire being composed of a plastic and having rounded tips.

Abstract: To eliminate the tendency of resilient fingers to break off and damage garments and injure people, a hanger for brassieres, panties, swimsuit parts and the like has its retaining heads formed with downwardly and outwardly inclined support elements from which upper and lower retaining elements extend in a "T" and are provided directly with the formations engaging the garments in respective channels.

Abstract: A hanger for a package has a frame extending downwardly from a hook and having a lower portion extending beyond a locking finger so as to prevent unnoticeable opening of a cover of a package held by the hanger. The locking finger is inclined to the plane of the frame and the frame has guide surfaces parallel to the locking finger so that the frame will be canted relative to the package to ensure the cover locking positioning of the hanger.

Abstract: A door-bolt assembly for a door set has a stud having a pair of arms which engage respective eccentric rods coupling the doorknobs together so that one of these arms is effective to retract the door bolt in one sense of rotation of the doorknobs while the other arm is rendered ineffective and vice versa.

Abstract: A belt buckle of the type in which a loop can be released by lifting the buckle to permit slippage of the loop is permanently anchored to another belt portion by a bar provided with a broad contact surface connected at an inner edge by a film hinge to a flap which can press the other belt portion against this surface and an array of points are barbs which pierce this other belt portion and form a row at an outer edge of this surface which is inclined downwardly from the top of the buckle toward the outer edge.
