  • Patent number: 7448513
Abstract: A box has a floor, end walls projecting upward from the floor, side walls projecting upward from the floor and bridging the end walls, and a pair of cover halves hinged at upper edges of the side walls and each pivotal between a closed position and an open position. Respective latches on the cover halves each have an outer grip part projecting from the outer face of the respective cover half and an inner latch part projecting from an inner face of the respective cover half. The end walls have keeper formations in which the latch parts are engageable in the closed position. The latches are shiftable on the respective cover halves to disengage from the respective keeper formations. Formations on the outer faces of the side walls latchingly engage the grip parts in the open position for retaining the cover halves in the open positions.

  • Publication number: 20080199289
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for emptying transport containers that are transported by transport devices. At least one gripper device is arranged over a support surface having at least one opening. A control controls the gripper device and occasions the gripper to clamp the transport container at its side walls that are oriented in parallel to the direction of transport and to lift it off the support surface. The height of the lifting movement of the gripper device allows the container to swing to a vertical position. The gripper device is then lowered for placing the container upside down onto the support surface over the opening in an emptying position.

  • Publication number: 20070045331
Abstract: A storage/transport container has a plurality of walls defining an upwardly open vessel having an upper rim and a generally flat cover panel hinged on one of the walls and having an inner edge. The rim has opposite to one of the walls structure forming another inner edge. The cover panel is pivotal into a closed position with the inner edges juxtaposed, retaining formations projecting generally perpendicularly from the inner edge of the cover panel and oppositely from the other inner edge that fit together in the closed position. Hooks are formed on the edges and positioned so as to be opened directly at each other in the closed position. The hooks normally are spaced apart but, on deformation of the cover panel, hook together and preventing separation of the edges.

  • Patent number: 7090095
Abstract: A reusable transport/storage box has a side wall having a horizontal upper flange formed with a longitudinally extending and vertically throughgoing slot having a predetermined longitudinal effective length and formed with a transversely inwardly open short cutout. A cover panel is pivoted on an upper part of an insert hinge having a flat insert tongue projecting downward from the upper part, fittable through the slot, and of an effective length shorter than the slot longitudinal effective length. A short bump projects transversely and outwardly from the tongue and can fit vertically through the cutout. The tongue is insertable through the slot with the bump passing through the cutout and then is longitudinally shiftable to displace the bump at least partially past the cutout underneath the upper flange and thereby lock the hinge to the upper flange.

  • Patent number: 7053669
Abstract: A method for detecting the beginning of the dips of the amplitudes in the output signal of a time signal receiver identifying the beginning of a second in the time signal. The output signal of the receiver for the time signals is sampled N-times per second. The sampled values are stored to respective cells of a memory field with N cells. In the memory field a mean signal curve for the time interval of one second is generated over a period of several seconds. A minimum valve and hence the beginning of the seconds in the time signal is determined from the mean signal curve valves in the memory cells.

  • Publication number: 20060102633
Abstract: A reusable box has a floor having opposite side edges and opposite end edges bridging the side edges, respective side walls extending upward from the side edges, a fixed end wall extending upward from one of the end edges and fixedly bridging between the side walls, and a movable end wall extending in a closed position upward from the other of the end walls and fitting between the side walls. The movable end wall is displaceable between a position clear of the side walls and giving access to an interior of the box at the other end. Formations extend to upper edges of both of the end walls that for nesting interfit and that for stacking vertically engage each other.
