To perform this operation, the DPCM processing unit calculates a gray value difference from a neighboring sub-pixel for each of the sub-pixels based on the second image data.

According to at least one aspect of the 3D display using a slit barrier scheme, it is possible to minimize the deterioration of luminance by a slit barrier.
