    Abstract: A braking device of a golf bag cart includes a fixing member, a compression spring and a curved tube. The fixing member is connected with a connecting plate of a swing-arm of the golf bag cart, having a chamber formed in one side. The compression spring is installed in the chamber of the fixing member. The curved tube is formed nearly L-shaped, with a horizontal portion fitted in the chamber of the fixing member so as to enable the curved tube to rotate freely against the fixing member, and has a vertical portion used to let a braking wire extend out. With the curved tube to rotate freely, the braking wire can be protected from improperly bent or squeezed to get broken while folding or unfolding the golf bag cart.

A first angle-adjusting mechanism is positioned under the hollow tube and has an immovable geared disk and a movable geared disk mounted on a rotary base and has an eccentric actuating member to engage or disengage the immovable and the movable geared disks. The holder also has a second angle-adjusting mechanism assembled under the first angle-adjusting mechanism and having an immovable geared disk with a fixed shaft and a movable geared disk disposed on a base having an eccentric actuating member for engaging or disengaging the immovable and the movable geared disks of the second angle-adjusting mechanism.

    Abstract: A golf bag cart front wheel foldable device includes a fixed mount, a movable mount and a front wheel frame. The fixed mount has one end connected to the bottom tube of the cart frame and the other end provided with a fitted end. The fitted end is in pinned connection with a buckle at its one side. The movable mount is capable of being seized by the buckle and is joined fixedly to the fixed mount by a hinge. The movable mount has one end provided with a fitted end which is physically in harmony with the fixed mount. The front wheel frame has a top end connected fixedly to the movable mount, while its bottom end is joined to the front wheel. Through loosening of the buckle, the movable mount is not seized, which enables the movable mount and the front wheel frame to rotate with respect to the hinge, and the front wheel is then leveled for folding purposes, to achieve great handiness in maneuvering.

    Abstract: A brushless DC motor structure with a constant ratio of multiple rotor poles to slots of the stator is disclosed, which is characterized primarily by forming the stator of the motor by multiple ferromagnetic silicon steel sheets, where the ferromagnetic silicon steel sheets are provided with the multiple slots whose number is a multiple of 15, and the stator of the motor is formed by windings of the three phases, X, Y, and Z. Each phase includes 2 to 4 phase portions and each group has 5 slots. The rotor of the motor is made up of a plurality of arced magnets which are fixed orderly and equally along a ferromagnetic steel ring, and the radial direction of each arced magnet is opposite to that of the adjacent magnetic poles. An arced magnet represents a magnetic pole, and the number of the magnetic poles is a multiple of 14 or 16. By means of the aforementioned setting, the reduction of the cogging torque of the motor is achievable.

Break activation can be done through a pull on the lug. On the other hand, brake release is achieved by pressing springy pushbuttons on both sides of the lug to escape the clipping pin from the indent; a brake pole set, fixed on a rear wheel axle tube, capable of offering a buffer mechanism, which avoids potential destruction to the wheel; and a brake wire, enabling an easy operation and achieving an automatic lock during the braking, which substantially prevents the lapse of releasing the brake by the user.
