  • Publication number: 20050121864
Abstract: A third wheel collapsing device for a golf club cart includes a third wheel support unit consisting of a connect base having a fitting member with an upper inclined surface, and a lock block on the upper inclined surface. A spring chamber is continually formed in both the fitting member and the lock block for receiving a spring therein. A control rod is movably fitted in a center hole of both the fitting member and the lock block and through the spring, and has its lower end pivotally connected with an eccentric plate. The eccentric plate is swung up or down to move down or move up the control rod so that the lock block is also moved down to alters its position a little to firmly contact with an inner surface of a main frame of a golf club cart or to separate from the main frame, assembling or disassembling the third wheel support unit with or from the main frame.

  • Publication number: 20050034906
Abstract: A power transmitting system for an electric car includes a brushless DC motor of low speed and high torque and a speed altering transmitting device. The speed altering transmitting device consists of two transmitting shafts and a bevel gear set with two ends respectively connected to the two transmitting shafts. The brushless DC motor has a rotor positioned around the speed altering transmitting device, and a stator positioned around the rotor. Then the two transmitting shafts are combined with two bearings respectively in two bearing bases in a front and rear cap of the brushless DC motor. Then the rotation of the brushless DC motor is directly transmitted through the speed altering transmitting device to the wheels of an electric car, without using a speed reducing gear set.

  • Patent number: 6734596
Abstract: An assembling type rotor structure of brushless motor can be applied both in outer stator/inner rotor motor and inner stator/outer rotor motor. The rotor structure includes a rotor's main body having a plurality of ribs made of non-permeable material and a plurality of embedded small teeth capable to be disassembled in axial direction. These small teeth are formed by punching and stacking up a plurality of permeable silicon steel sheets, and each of these small teeth has a scoop channel having configuration and size matching those of the ribs of the rotor's main body. In this way, these small teeth of the rotor can be tightly embedded and fitted into the rotor's main body in axial direction but can not be moved in tangential nor in radial directions. Therefore, the rotor structure provides a rather firm fixation. What is more, the containing holes formed between each pair of the adjacent small teeth of embedded type can let the permanent magnets be embedded and fixed therein.

  • Patent number: 6719319
Abstract: A collapsing device for the third wheel of a golf cart includes a fixing base, a wheel frame, and a pin. The fixing base is U-shaped to form an interior hollow for the sleeve to fit in, having an insert groove respectively in each sidewall. The wheel frame has its bottom assembled with a third wheel, and its top provided with a slide groove at opposite sides and a through hole pivotally combined with a sleeve. The pin is inserted in the slide groove, having both ends protruding out of the slide sleeve and its intermediate portion clasped by a spring, which has its other end connected with a cover member fixedly mounted on the wheel frame. Thus, the pin is pulled by the spring and stuck in the upper or the lower insert groove for stabilizing the third wheel in the collapsed or the expanded condition.

  • Publication number: 20030197423
Abstract: A combining device provided between a wheel and an axle includes a main body fixed in the center hole of a wheel, a pull handle fitted in the main body, and a combining base secured at one end of the axle. The main body is formed with a hollow interior for the combining base to be inserted therein. The pull handle is fitted around with a spring for pressing down a shaft under the pull handle. The shaft is inserted in the interior of the main body and restricted to stay in a position-limiting section of the combining base positioned in the main body. The main body is provided on top with a deep and a shallow groove formed crossing each other for the pull handle to rest therein through pulling and shifting. Thus, the shaft under the pull handle is controlled to let the wheel engaged and disengaged from or detached from the axle.

  • Patent number: 6595072
Abstract: A sensor of the pedaling force of a power-assisting bike includes a transmission system provided with at least one pair of screw gears. One of the screw gears is activated by the pedaling force to rotate at an original location and the other driven by a screw gear engaging with to rotate and shift along a shaft, with a resilience member fitted at an end side. An annular magnet is fitted around the end of the shaft of the resilience member and the screw gear, capable to shift together with said screw gear. A Hall sensor is provided on a fixed side of the annular magnet. Thus, the lateral force produced by the screw gears can detect an axially shifting distance of the screw gear and give out a voltage signal to control a motor to output motive power for the bike.

  • Publication number: 20030047651
Abstract: A golf-cart upper support frame includes an upper and a lower cap, two slide blocks, two movable wings and a band unit. The two slide blocks are movably combined the upper and the lower cap, having respectively a shaft base for a shaft to insert and also in each wing under the shaft base. Each wing has a concave surface in a front side for receiving a club bag. The band unit is combined with the two wings to bind a club bag resting on the two wings adjustable in their locations by the slide blocks so that club bags of various sizes may be carried resting on the upper support frame adjustable in its size. So a club bag carried by the golf cart with the upper support frame might not sway around, even if the golf cart should run on a non-flat rough ground.
