  • Publication number: 20220212325
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a tool for operating a nozzle holder. The nozzle holder is configured to couple a spray nozzle to a spray device, and includes an outer ring movable between a holding position and a release position. The nozzle holder is configured to securely hold the spray nozzle when the outer ring is in the holding position, and release the spray nozzle when the outer ring is in the release position. The tool includes an elongated body including a first end that defines an annular rim and a pocket that communicates with the annular rim. The annular rim is configured to selectively engage the outer ring to move the outer ring from the holding position to the release position. The elongated body also includes a second end that defines a recess configured to selectively receive and hold a portion of the spray nozzle.

  • Patent number: 11022123
Abstract: A transfer pump includes a housing defining an inlet and an outlet. A main pump path and a bypass path disposed between the inlet and the outlet. A motor is in fluid communication with the main pump path and is configured to be energized to move a fluid through the main pump path and the bypass path. The fluid movement being indicative of a non-siphoning condition occurring between the inlet and the outlet. A flow sensor is disposed in fluid communication with the bypass path and being configured to generate a flow rate signal indicative of a flow rate of fluid in the bypass path. A controller in communication with the flow sensor for receiving the flow rate signal and being configured to de-energize the motor when the flow rate signal satisfies a first flow rate threshold indicative of a siphoning condition occurring between the inlet and the outlet.

  • Publication number: 20190314835
Abstract: A texture sprayer includes a main body and an inlet coupled to the main body. The inlet is configured to receive compressed air. A mixing chamber is disposed downstream of the inlet. The mixing chamber is configured to combine the compressed air with texture material to form a texture spray. A nozzle holder is coupled to the main body. The nozzle holder is movable between a first position and a second position. A first nozzle is coupled to the nozzle holder and a second nozzle is coupled to the nozzle holder. The texture sprayer is configured to discharge the texture spray along a spray axis through the first nozzle when the nozzle holder is in the first position and to discharge the texture spray along the spray axis through the second nozzle when the nozzle holder is in the second position.

  • FAN
    Publication number: 20190234423
Abstract: A fan may include a housing with an air inlet and an air outlet, a motor disposed in the housing, and an impeller disposed in the housing and coupled to the motor. The impeller may be operable to be rotated by the motor for drawing air into the air inlet and expelling the air from the air outlet. The fan may also include a diffuser disposed at least partially in the housing. The diffuser may have a bowl-shape and the bowl-shape may define an air diffusing surface over which the air moves towards the air outlet.
