The resource prioritization system and method may receive a request from a user device. The request can include content related to a request specification and can be associated with a request location. The resource prioritization system and method can process the request to identify one or more resources having one or more characteristics corresponding to the request content and associated with resource locations near the user location. A communication channel can then be established between the user device and a device associated with an identified resource, such that the user can submit queries to the resource and receive query responses.
