Publication number: 20220309590Abstract: In one embodiment, a document management system is provided that automatically converts documents submitted electronically with or for a claim into a format that is required by a third-party payor. The document management system maintains a list of document format and delivery preferences for each third-party payor. Rather than submit a claim and document directly to the third-party payor, the submitter submits the claim and document to the document management system using a portal that accepts a wide variety of electronic document formats. The document management system then retrieves the format and delivery preferences of the third-party payor and converts the documents into whatever format is required by the third-party payor. The document management system then delivers the converted document to the third-party payor according to the delivery preferences such as email, fax, or regular mail.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 29, 2021Publication date: September 29, 2022Inventors: Suprigya Babu, Harshit Patel, Peter Corazao, Sang Huynh, Greg Jones, Alka Mukker

Patent number: 11186878Abstract: A method for analyzing cell free DNA (cfDNA) from the bloodstream of a cancer patient is provided. In some embodiments, the method may comprise sequencing at least part of the coding sequences of TP53 and KRAS in a sample of the cfDNA, analyzing the sequences to identify nucleotide transversions in the coding sequences of the genes, relative to reference sequences of the genes. In some embodiments, the method may comprise counting the total number of identified nucleotide transversions. The presence of nucleotide transversions indicates that the patient will be more responsive to the immune checkpoint inhibitor, whereas a decreased number of transversions or no transversios indicates that the patient will be less responsive to the immune checkpoint inhibitor.Type: GrantFiled: May 23, 2019Date of Patent: November 30, 2021Assignee: INIVATA LTD.Inventors: John Beeler, Vincent Plagnol, Greg Jones

Patent number: 7066192Abstract: The invention is a valve shut off device that is easy to install and remove. The valve shut off device has at least one sensor, a receiver a set of interchangeable adapters, and a motor unit. The motor unit is attached to a valve handle by an adapter, and the sensor can communicate to activate the motor. When the sensor detects a leaking substance, the motor unit is activated and turns the valve handle to the “off” position. The adapters allow easy installation and removal of the valve shut off device. Additionally, the adapters accommodate a variety of valves making the system universal. Among other things, the valve shut off device allows a property owner to be absent from his or her property without the risk of a leak causing extensive damage.Type: GrantFiled: August 4, 2004Date of Patent: June 27, 2006Inventors: Brian Delaney, Greg Jones
