  • Publication number: 20200281737
Abstract: In at least one embodiment there is an implant for a spine comprising a frame having at least one face having a plurality of ribs. Inside of the frame there is a lattice. In addition, there is at least one opening in the frame exposing said lattice, wherein said lattice extends beyond said frame to form greater interactions with adjacent bone structure. In addition there can also be a process for producing an implant comprising: determining a size of an implant frame; determining a size of an implant lattice; determining an orientation of the implant in a body; determining a first orientation of a lattice inside of the frame; graphically forming the implant; determining the opacity of the lattice inside of the frame from a first viewpoint; reorienting the lattice inside of the frame; determining the opacity of the lattice at a second orientation; determining which orientation results in lower opacity; and selecting the lattice orientation at a lower opacity.

  • Patent number: 10371235
Abstract: A family of transmission gearing arrangements produces nine forward and one reverse speed ratio by selective engagement of various combinations of three clutches or brakes. Each transmission gearing arrangement includes a front shiftable gearing arrangement configured to establish a variety of speed ratios between an intermediate shaft and an input shaft. These speed ratios include a reverse speed ratio, a zero speed ratio, two underdrive ratios, and a direct ratio. Each transmission also includes a rear shiftable gearing arrangement configured to selectively establish particular speed relationships. Engagement of a clutch in the rear shiftable gearing arrangement establishes an underdrive ratio between the output shaft and the intermediate shaft. Engagement of another clutch in the rear shiftable gearing arrangement constrains the speed of the input shaft to be a weighted average between the speed of the intermediate shaft and the output shaft.

The camera module includes a housing having an exterior surface of a first shape. A surface of the magnet mount has a second shape that is substantially concave and complementary to the first shape, and is configured to engage the exterior surface of the housing of the camera module. A magnetic material is disposed inside the magnet mount and configured to magnetically couple to a magnetic material of the camera module. A friction pad is embedded on the surface of the magnet mount, has a substantially concave shape and protrudes beyond the second surface. The friction pad is configured to come into contact with the exterior surface of the housing of the camera module at least via a peripheral edge of the substantially concave friction pad.

  • Patent number: 10259308
Abstract: A hybrid rear axle provides a variety of functionality in addition to the functionality of a non-hybrid axle. The axle transmits power from an electric motor to the drive wheels at two selectable speed ratios to propel the vehicle. One of the two ratios is usable to propel the vehicle electrically with the engine stopped. With the drive wheels stationary, the axle transmits power from the driveshaft to the motor to charge a battery or from the motor to the driveshaft to start the engine.
