    Abstract: The present invention is a foldable chair with parasol or umbrella consumers can utilize to stay out of the sun's harsh rays while also showing which sports team they support. This unique product can prevent an avid sporting event spectator from becoming burnt by the sun's harmful rays. This product looks similar to traditional folding chairs. The chair may be produced in a variety of colors to accommodate user preferences and coordinate with team colors. Baseball type caps or cowboy/cowgirl hats may be attached to the chair. These hats may be much larger than standard hats and their size may be equivalent to that of a small umbrella. It may open and close in the same manner as traditional umbrellas. The cap may be located atop a telescoping device that will allow its height to be adjusted for individual users. The cap may have the ability to swivel.
