    Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are provided for manufacturing a substrate table. An example method can include forming a vacuum sheet including a plurality of vacuum connections and a plurality of recesses configured to receive a plurality of burls disposed on a core body for supporting an object such as a wafer. Optionally, at least one burl can be surrounded, partially or wholly, by a trench. The example method can further include using the vacuum sheet to mount the core body to an electrostatic sheet including a plurality of apertures configured to receive the plurality of burls. Optionally, the example method can include using the vacuum sheet to mount the core body to the electrostatic sheet such that the plurality of recesses of the vacuum sheet line up with the plurality of burls of the core body and the plurality of apertures of the electrostatic sheet.

The method further includes performing the sensing operation on the particular exterior light using the particular sensor. The method also includes determining a functionality metric associated with the particular exterior light based on the sensing operation.

    Abstract: A surgical connection device for a spine is disclosed including a stabilization member, compression arms and traction arms, the device being used in conjunction with first anchor points fixed to vertebrae at a first lateral side of the spine and second anchor points fixed to vertebrae at a second lateral side of the spine. A first spinal rod may be attached to the first anchor points and a second spinal rod may be attached to the second anchor points. The compression arms connect the stabilization member to the first and second anchor points or rods and bear compressive forces. The traction arms connect the stabilization member to the first and o second anchor points or rods and bear tensile forces. Application of both tensile and compressive forces via the device may serve to straighten, change a direction of bending or increase a degree of bending of the rods and/or spine. The use of the traction arms may also provide for a more flexible construct.

The front and rear panels can each be comprised of multiple layers of film. The bag can be formed from a collapsed bubble of polymeric film that has been folded in half so that opposing edges of the collapsed bubble form an opening of the bag. One of the layers of the folded bubble can be split adjacent to an edge of the collapsed bubble and a draw tape film can be inserted between the layers of the folded and collapsed bubble. The collapsed bubble can further be embossed by a pattern that can provide enhanced properties to bags formed from the folded bubble.

The clip provides an interface extending substantially the full perimeter or periphery of the mask seal assembly for releasably attaching the mask seal assembly to the mask body. The clip comprises a bridging portion spanning outwards from the perimeter or periphery of the mask body to space at least a portion of the second side of the seal outwards from the perimeter or periphery of the mask body.
