  • Publication number: 20100075596
Abstract: Wireless repeaters comprising antennae having high electrical isolation are presented. Multi-band antennae are placed on opposing sides of a conductive ground plane to achieve high electrical isolation, preferably higher than 30 dB. The antennae are preferably placed at a distanced from the ground plane that is less than 0.5 wavelengths of a frequency associated with frequency bands to which the antennae are responsive. The presented antennae system reduces the minimum amount of isolation required for stable operation.

  • Publication number: 20090096882
Abstract: Systems and methods include optics having one or more phase modifying elements that modify wavefront phase to introduce image attributes into an optical image. A detector converts the optical image to electronic data while maintaining the image attributes. A signal processor subdivides the electronic data into one or more data sets, classifies the data sets, and independently processes the data sets to form processed electronic data. The processing may optionally be nonlinear. Other imaging systems and methods include optics having one or more phase modifying elements that modify wavefront phase to form an optical image. A detector generates electronic data having one or more image attributes that are dependent on characteristics of the phase modifying elements and/or the detector. A signal processor subdivides the electronic data into one or more data sets, classifies the data sets and independently processes the data sets to form processed electronic data.

  • Publication number: 20090100104
Abstract: A system and method for supporting attendance at spectator events are provided. Received selection data representative of a plurality of associated participants is associated with at least one general, pre-determined participant group, and associated with the team's and/or one or more player's performance related to the outcome of the particular attended sports event. Cumulative selection data is further collected in association with at least one general, pre-determined participant group and in association with the performance of a team and/or one or more player in a plurality of sports events. The collected cumulative selection data is then analyzed. Based on the analysis data representative of a reward for at least one participant or one participant group, is then output.
