Abstract: Disclosed herein is a VTOL tilt-wing aircraft that serves as a 4-6 passenger airliner for scheduled service between city centers and that is optimized for travel distances from 100-500 miles fully loaded with passengers and fuel. The VTOL aircraft solves technical, cost, and time problems inherent in other forms of transportation, including, but not limited to, rail, passenger airlines, and helicopters. The VTOL aircraft (1) takes off and lands like a helicopter, (2) flies fast like a jet, and (3) costs less than or comparable to a helicopter.

The infrastructure management appliance collects and aggregates relevant information regarding the status and performance of one or more of the customer's information technology resources. The infrastructure management appliance may support some number of integrated management and reporting applications. A secure virtual connection between the infrastructure management appliance and a remote data center may be used to convey management information from the infrastructure management appliance to the data center, and also to pass information defining the customer specific configuration and functional operation of the infrastructure management appliance from the remote data center to the infrastructure management appliance.

Abstract: A method and system enables browsers to redisplay or refresh pages periodically while limiting retransmission of data to changing dynamic portions (data fields, dynamic content) of page files and avoiding retransmission of static portions of page files. Additional aspects include: a method of detecting when the infrequently-changing ‘skeleton’ parts of the page file have changed, thus avoiding having to re-transmit those parts with every update of the frequently-changing parts; a method of integrating the specification of add-on GUI ‘modules’ with ordinary web content written in HTML, thus reducing the effort needed to use the modules; and a method for a browser to instruct a web server to provide a specially modified version of a web page file. This reduces the amount of information that needs to be transmitted to refresh web pages periodically and facilitates incorporating defined GUI modules into HTML web pages.

Abstract: A system for providing a name space to a computer program, including a document representing a file system for services available on a computer system. The document defines a name space for the services, and is organized as a tree structure having multiple nodes, such as XML nodes. The nodes include at least one directory node representing a system directory, and at least one file node. A system area within the document defines type attributes corresponding the file nodes and the directory nodes, and which distinguish between the file nodes and the directory nodes. The system area further includes access control attributes for the file nodes in the document, and a physical file attribute corresponding to each the file nodes. The physical file attributes define locations of physical files corresponding to the file type nodes, while the access control attributes specify actions permitted using the physical files.

Abstract: A packet description language which is declarative in nature and suitable for efficiently and flexibly defining data packet formats in accordance with internetwork routing device uses. Data packet formats may be defined utilizing the packet description language and then compiled to create a data structure corresponding to the defined data packet format. A routing device test platform may generate test data packets and decode received test packets by referencing the test data to the compiled data structure defined in accordance with the packet description language. The declarative language provides for assigning numerous default values and attributes to packet fields such that only a small amount of data need be specified when regression testing a new routing device.
