    Abstract: An electronic device includes a housing unit, an electronic module and a locking mechanism. The housing unit includes a first housing and a second housing that is coupled detachably to the first housing. The locking mechanism includes an operable member and a drive member. The drive member can prevent movement of the second housing relative to the first housing. The operable member is operable to release the second housing from the drive member. When the drive member is moved to a position whereat the second housing is released, it can be maintained in the position, so that a user doesn't have to maintain the position of the drive member through operation of the operable member when separating the second housing from the first housing.

    Abstract: This invention relates to control method and apparatus of wind machine for plant frost protection, and belongs to the domain of agro-meteorological disaster monitoring and control. Existing wind machines for plant frost protection only rely on critical damage temperature or wind speed as a condition to start. If there is no thermal inversion, operation of the wind machine will aggravate freezing injury to plants. If the strength of thermal inversion is weak, the effect will be minimal. The feature of this invention is that when temperature at the plant canopy is lower than the critical damage temperature of a certain plant and temperature difference between the top and bottom of the thermal inversion layers exceeds set threshold, wind machine will start automatically. Otherwise it will remain off. The control apparatus mainly consists of sensor 5 at the top of thermal inversion layer, sensor 7 at bottom of thermal inversion layer, and controller 4.

    Abstract: Each device (A, B) keeps an IP cache list storing IP address of devices it has communicated with in the past over an IP network (106). When the IP address of a device changes, it provides its new IP address to the devices in its IP cache list. As a result, any two devices that have communicated in the past are able to locate each other as long as their IP addresses do not change about the same time. A device can also provide its IP cache list to another device so the other device can query the devices in the IP cache list for the updated IP address of the device.
