    Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide an image processing method and device, an image capture apparatus, and a mobile terminal. The method includes: decomposing to-be-processed images to obtain two or more layers with different frequency bands; determining exposure compensation parameters of each layer, and performing exposure compensation processing on each layer based on the exposure compensation parameters; and performing image reconstruction based on the layers receiving the exposure compensation processing, so as to obtain a target image. In the method, smoother exposure compensation can be globally performed for images, so that brightness differences of the images can be globally aligned, thereby greatly improving the image quality.

A device or application can be customized or optimized to the service layer that it is registered to and using.
