Through the biochemical analysis and immunofluorescence identification of the antibody obtained by single-chain antibody phage display library and screening technology, it was confirmed that the antibody provided by the present invention could specifically recognize Connexin 26 and inhibit its hemichannel activity.

According to the method, the real thought of a user can be accurately determined, a screen is accurately lighted when the user raises the hand, and the state of a wristband worn on the left hand or the right hand does not need to be reset when the user changes the left hand and the right hand.
