The method includes: setting, according to a transmission state of data transmission using a first access technology, a power reduction value of transmitting power for data transmission using a second access technology; and controlling, according to the power reduction value, transmitting power for data transmission using the second access technology. The apparatus includes: a setting module, configured to set, according to a transmission state of data transmission using a first access technology, a power reduction value for transmitting power for data transmission using a second access technology; and a controlling module, configured to control, according to the power reduction value, the transmitting power for data transmission using the second access technology.

Abstract: A method and a device for discontinuous reception is disclosed. The method includes: configuring at least two on duration time lengths of a discontinuous reception; performing the discontinuous reception according to a first on duration time length in the at least two on duration time lengths; switching the first on duration time length of the discontinuous reception to a second on duration time length according to the configured at least two on duration time lengths when a set condition is satisfied; and performing the discontinuous reception according to the second on duration time length.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for communication information transmission are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The method comprises: communication information is transmitted to a base station (BS); when the communication information fails to be transmitted to the BS, a first backoff upper limit is obtained according to the number of times the transmission has failed; a backoff upper limit is determined according to the first backoff upper limit, and a backoff time of retransmitting the communication information is selected according to the backoff upper limit. In the embodiments of the present invention, terminal can obtain the proper backoff upper limit according to the number of times it has failed to transmit the communication information, thereby reducing the latency of its uplink data transmission.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus and a system for releasing bearers at time of handover are disclosed by the present invention. The method includes: obtaining information about bearers of a local breakout service of a User Equipment (UE) if it is decided to initiate handover of the UE; and triggering the UE to hand over from a source Home NodeB (HNB) to a target base station according to the information about bearers of the local breakout service, where the target base station does not set up any bearer of the local breakout service. According to the present invention, the target base station does not set up any local breakout service bearer of the UE or forward the data of the local breakout service, which saves resources and prevents errors of routing local breakout service packets.

Abstract: A scheduling request method, network side device, terminal device and system, belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: configuring a first shared resource used for a scheduling request (SR), and sending first information to multiple terminal devices to notify of the first shared resource (101); receiving the SR on the first shared resource (102); allocating a second shared resource of uplink data to the multiple terminal devices, or allocating a dedicated resource of uplink data to at least one of the multiple terminal devices (103). The network side device includes: a configuration module, a receiving module and an allocation module. The terminal device includes: a receiving module, a request module and a sending module. The present invention avoids the waste of the uplink data resource, and improves a utilization rate of the uplink data resource and a transmission success rate of the uplink data.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device, and a system for determining timing advance grouping, and relate to the field of communications. A base station (eNodeB) adds a component carrier (CC) for a user equipment (UE). According to obtained timing advance (TA) group information or a preset rule, a TA group that the added CC belongs to is determined. The TA group is a set of CCs that can share a TA. Identification information that identifies the TA group to the UE is sent.

Abstract: A CB resource feedback method is disclosed. The method includes: receiving, by a network device, uplink information that is sent by a sending device on a CB resource; when the uplink information is decoded, feeding back, by the network device correct reception of the uplink information to the sending device through a first physical downlink control channel, where the first physical downlink control channel is masked with an identifier of the sending device. Through the technical solutions provided in embodiments of the present invention, the sending device may be enabled to accurately know that the uplink information sent by the sending device is received correctly or is received incorrectly, and the sending device may be enabled to know a receiving status more quickly.

Abstract: A contention based resource configuration method is disclosed. The method includes: configuring, by a network device, a contention based resource parameter, wherein the contention based resource parameter comprises one or any combination of the following: a period and/or a frequency of a contention based resource block, the number of contention based resource blocks allocated once, a size of the contention based resource block, a modulation and coding scheme, and expected reception power; and notifying, by the network device, a user equipment of the contention based resource parameter. Through the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, a network side may allocate a contention based resource more properly, and the user equipment may know the contention based resource parameter and use the contention based resource more properly and flexibly.

The method includes: obtaining power headroom information of an aggregated carrier of a User Equipment (UE), where the aggregated carrier includes at least one component carrier group and at least one first carrier, or includes at least one component carrier group, or includes at least two first carriers, the component carrier group includes at least two second carriers, and the first carrier and the second carrier are single carriers; and adjusting transmit power of the aggregated carrier according to the power headroom information. The method enables reporting of power headroom of an aggregated carrier of the UE in a multi-carrier scenario, so that the base station can control the transmitting power of the UE reliably, and therefore, reliability and throughput of the system are improved.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for reporting buffer status are provided. The method includes: obtaining multiple Transport Blocks (TBs) from a base station within one Transmission Time Interval (TTI); selecting a TB compliant with a condition of transmitting a Buffer Status Report (BSR) among the multiple TBs; and bearing a BSR of a Logical Channel Group (LCG) and a Control Element (CE) sub-header of the BSR onto the selected TB and sending the TB to the base station. In this way, a UE can make full use of the padding bits of the obtained multiple TBs, and report the buffer status flexibly.
